In early October Mike worked with me on on getting a Calvary Blue 2024 Rav4 2024 to my specifications I wanted. We talked about the price range I wanted to stay at and it was the best offer I received in the DC, Virginia, and Maryland area. After a month of waiting for the car to be delivered from the factory, I received the car in mid November. This was the exact timeline he briefed me on. Great customer service, very chill and easy going, and easy to communicate with. Straight up and no back and forth negotiations that last hours. Very to the point and legit honest offers.

Dear consumers,Please be aware that when you bring the car to this dealership for service. In September my car was towed to this dealer to replace an alternator after I talked to the service adviser, and her name Sade she said it would cost me 200 to 300 hundred dollars plus the labor and the next morning she called me and informed me that my radiator had leaked also need to replace the battery. Everything would cost me 2800.00 parts and labor. While I had been treated at John Hopkins, I had no idea how to deal with it I told her I had not seen anything leak from my radiator. when I brought my car there. Well, we have to remove your radiator to install your alternator. and you need to replace it because it leaked otherwise, we cannot put it back. I was really frustrated and told her I would call her back to let her know my decision. About half an hour later I called her, but she did not respond. I called about a dozen times and left a couple of messages with someone, and she did not respond either. Finally, I requested to speak to her manager. And she answered and told me that her mechanic could not put everything back I had to do and replace it. My battery and alternator were in good condition when it arrived at her dealership. I think I had been riffed off by these people at this place. So please be careful and do not be a victim like me. I did not have a choice and paid 2600.00 after I requested a discount of 10% because I am a senior citizen.LamT

Engine oil capacity for the car is 6.6qt (when filter is changed). The mechanic at the dealer said "the car needed 7 qts" and charged an extra $20. He surely did put too much oil in it (more than 1/2 qt too much). Did he not bother to check the database for engine oil capacity or check the oil level after oil change?

I was greeted by Angelo who was very patient, and courteous to me. Having the Cross on my mind to buy. However it wasn’t the car for me. I came with determined to get what I wanted and to stay in the budget that I allowed for myself. Let’s just say that on this past Monday I brought a 2021 RAV4 and I’m in love with it. Thank you Angelo for being so kind to me. The first day I was there I was so hungry because I had not eaten all day. He was nice enough to treat me to dinner. I sure do appreciate the service from him, and his manager! I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone.

I didn’t think I’d use these words to describe my experience buying a vehicle, but attentive, knowledgeable, AND understanding are how I feel about the service we received. We’re a young family who had to trade in a 20 year old vehicle and then purchase one with little financial flexibility. It was worth trusting Humberto and Darcars Toyota (Baltimore location). Easily the worst Toyota dealership ever. A bunch of people who lie and bait and switch. They take sketchy car dealerships to a new level. This place is the worst. They charge crazy market adjustments and scam good people. These people are the lowest of the low and I have complained to Toyota about their price gouging. Do not buy any car from these scammers and tell anyone you know to avoid them. Just look at their pathetic rating on the better business bureau, car guru, dealer rater or any reputatable car review source. Google reviews are totally bogus and not reliable and so make sure to look at the negative reviews on these other websites to get an accurate sense of this pathetic dealership. Only gave 1 star since I had to put something, but this disgrace of a place deserves nothing.

The Good:We arrived snd were greeted by Everton, the sales associate, who, for the entire visit, was a pleasure, with which to interact. We went out of his way to ensure that our visit was a pleasant one. I did not have a negative interaction with anyone here, and we left with a great car. The place was clean and offered free coffee and expressos. In addition, they had ordered pizza and Everton offered us some pizza was nice of him. My son took him up on his offer.The Bad:There is not a negative thing I can recount.The Judgment:5 Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Admittedly, I do not come to car dealerships often, so I am not sure of the standard, but the entire experience was very pleasant.
