Darlene was so helpful in our search for a second home/rental property. I always felt very comfortable with her knowledge of the area and she consistently was able to help guide us in having a full picture of what we were looking at and getting ourselves into with each potential property. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and always wanted to make sure that we felt comfortable first and foremost, which is really nice!
I would say another huge asset is that Darlene always knew the status of a lot of the condo buildings in the area, which is pretty critical in the days of reserve fees and large HOA payments! She was patient and took our lead, but always incredibly prompt whenever we needed her.

We found Darlene through a Facebook group recommendation, and we’re so glad we did! We were looking for an investment/vacation property in the OC, Bethany, or Rehoboth area, and she was amazing to work with from start to finish.
Darlene was always responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. Her attention to detail — especially during closing — gave us so much peace of mind. She was also so kind and understanding as we brought our toddler along for the ride! Stephanie, her office admin was always prompt and helpful when requested.

If you want a real person as a realtor and not a salesperson, Darlene is the one. Darleen is a go getter, super hard worker and is always willing to answer any questions you may have at any time. Darlene is not only an experienced and knowledgeable agent but also incredibly personable and friendly. She and her assistant were very responsive and communicated fast even outside of office hours which really impressed me right at the start.
