I’m moving to the area and was going to inquire about switching my current renter policy in Chicago to a home policy in Baltimore and was hung up on before I was able to finish explaining that over the phone. I should have known I would not have received help as the woman who answered already had an uninterested tone. Found another local SF agency nearby that was able to help me get going.
