I was looking at hand car wash places because I didn’t want to put my car through the machines for a wash. After a lot of research, I decided to give this place a shot. I’m just really happy that I made the right decision because it was totally worth it. It was my first time coming here to get my car washed. I must say they do an amazingggggg job. They cleaned my car so well that it looks brand new again. They don’t use any machines, it’s all hand wash. I would definitely come back here to get my car washed again. I highly recommend if y’all want to get your car really cleaned up come here.
Shoutout to OG who cleaned my car. Ask for him yall.

I’ll have to admit that when I first moved to the area, I drove past this place a hundred times, questioning not only the legitimacy of the business but also the quality of the work.
Let me be the first to say that you shouldn’t always judge a book by its cover because this place does an excellent car detailing job.
I’ve only had their basic interior/exterior services done on my vehicle, but each visit has been thorough enough that I’ve now switched car washes.
Keep up the great work, Detail Kings, and thank you!

I arrived late in the evening. The team took my keys , placed my car in que and did a thorough job. Most people have an attitude when its the last hour before quitting time. Attitude, service and quality of work was outstanding. I will be back.

Got my car detailed and it was worth every penny. They take their time and do superb work. Removed salt stains, leaves and all. Looks brand new Highly recommended.

I was a returning customer for a while, but no longer use Details Kings due to two unprofessional incidents. First, I brought my car in for detailing and, when I returned home, I realized my access tag was missing from my car. I live in a building with a garage that scans your access tag (on the dashboard) to enter/exit the garage. I called Detail Kings and said my access tag was there when I left my home and was securely taped to the furthest part of my dashboard. They said they weren't sure what happened and to call tomorrow to check with the people that cleaned my car. The next day, I called and was given no answers and it seemed like no one was looking for it. After paying to use my own garage and learning the replacement fee was $85, I drove Detail Kings and explained that either they find out what happened or pay for the replacement. After some time, a staff member explained to the manager that they removed my access tag (which was never removed before), put it in their pocket, and took it home. The staff member never reported it to the manager and it was only when I showed up to the business the following afternoon that they felt the need to explain what happened.Second, I brought my car in to get detailed (interior and exterior) and was asked to pay $20 extra for the dog hair in my car. I explained I have never heard of this fee before and that the dog hair is the primary reason I get my car detailed regularly. A young man stated that was the fee and there are no exceptions. I paid the fee and assumed this young man was just "going rogue" with the overcharging. Overall, these two incidents led me to just go elsewhere for detailing to avoid the hassles and surprise fees.

Best car was/detail in Baltimore. Way better than any places in the city or county. Lovely people and the attention to detail is unbelievable. I always have lots of dog hair in my car and they somehow manage to get rid of it all (even in the carpet). Prices are amazing. You'll wait a bit but it's worth it! They really care about their work.
