How long will this Dollar General store remain closed??..🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️…. This is the only store chain in this area that’s within walking distance for the elderly, disabled, and for the people who don’t have access to transportation. We (the community) was very excited & ecstatic to hear about Dollar General moving in not the community (even though there is a Family Dollar store in the area, it’s not within walking distance for us living in the Irvington community). A lot of people depend on this store, we don’t have a real Supermarket around here, so we come to Dollar General for a lot of our grocery & shopping needs. So PLEASE be considerate & kind and inform the community when or if the store will reopen again. Thank U 🙏🏾

Drove all the way here for cat litter and they not even open. It's says temporarily closed but like it's 6pm, it makes no sense!

This place is terrible the employees always closing the store earlier than 9pm and sometimes they close the store downnin the middle of the day and open the next day really inconvenient for the people in the neighborhood they need to hire better employees because they are unreliable especially the managers

If I could give 100 stars I would . This is the best dollar general I ever been to. The lady at the register helped me budget on wrapping paper and tape once I told her I was on a budget she even gave me advice how to wrap my gifts . Thanks for the great experience! Wish I would have got her name she was amazing with amazing energy

Rude, ghetto employees and manager. They will talk to customers any type of way with no shame or embarrassment. I understand they may have no home training, but that is no excuse for people like that to be hired to deal with the public lol. The manager there almost acts like she thinks its cute to be ghetto and trifling. Sad...

Lacking customer service, I know it's in them just their circumstances make it difficult for them to perform well in the customer service field. It is understandable being no one is ever at the register because of short staff. Yet short staffing causes the employee to be curt and take it out on customers. I understand also they don't feel safe working in this location. There needs to be a police substation in this shopping center in general. We in the community are grateful for this establishment, yet the service good people put up with because they've been so used to an influx of rude or ignorant customers is disheartening. We shouldn't have to go out to the county just for good customer service interaction. I hold the one who signs the employee checks accountable for the employees being miserable becauseI'm surethey have their concerns going ignored and they too have familiesto care for . I really don't want this establishment to be compared to it's rival family dollar down the street yet they aren't far from it nowadays. I only spend an average of $20/ every 6 months in this location because of the bad vibes, I travel by bus out route 40 (spending average $ 200/month at that location) for better service and I live around the corner from this location and I haven't been to the family dollar down the street in 2 years due to this type of stuff. Lack of customer service in an inconvenience.
