The staff is generally decent. New employees often require assistance & the front frequently seems understaffed. The selections for certain items are nil, unfortunately, because I frequent the location quite often. I tend to buy in bulk because I know it'll take a small eternity for it to be restocked , sadly. I do love when they have the thick, gray shopping bags, instead of the cheapy, thin, yellow ones...especially, when I am transporting a lot, while on foot.

The customer service IS horrible. Upon arriving at the store a hand written sign read WE don't have bags. ALERT! Upon entering the store The women at the front register (LANA) I later found out to be frowned upon, opening the door was not welcoming at all. ALERT! Then I asked where the batteries where located She proceeded to look in another Direction then back me as if she could not direct me or she lost her voice. ALERT! Then I had to experience her again at the register THE WORST customer service ever. LANA Pushes buttons and is rude for no reason. I called back to the store and announced myself and she kept referring to herself as Dollar General and would not say her name. I asked to speak to the manager Jessica who was standing right next to her and watched this exchange. I know its hard to get people to work But, LANA was the worst representation of DG I will never shop there again.

Usual employees rock! Some new guy was scaring all of us away. He kept pacing the aisles, while not responding to questions from customers then got into a verbal argument with a middle aged woman asking a simple question. It’s really close to home so it works for us. Love the gentleman and woman working the counter at checkout! Always so helpful, smiley and kind . Thank you.?♀️
