I came to this Dollar Tree on Saturday, 09/28/2024, to get balloons for my son's birthday. I had my older son, who has Special Needs walking with me and my toddler son inside of the cart. There was a female employee that encountered my son and she was very kind and understanding with him. There was another male employee who was very rude to us. My son was saying "hello" and he just pushed passed him to get to the balloons. It's his right to speak or not to speak but he was just very rude and could've said "excuse me" to my son. I didn't make a big deal out of it. The same rude person also checked us out and again he was extremely rude and not well mannered. My son was confused by his behavior and asked me about it. I had to explain that sometimes adults are rude but he, himself, didn't do anything wrong to the male employee. I wasn't expecting him to do anything extra towards me or my son besides just treat us like normal human beings and use your manners. Just because my son is different doesn't mean that he doesn't deserve common courtesy.

I don't know what's going on it's bad enough there's never enough cashiers in there the store is getting more crowded with stuff everywhere.just keep piling it up, u can't take the carts outside & now you want to try to force me and other customers to purchase a bag from you!!! THE CASHIER SAID " IM NOT PUTTING YOUR STUFF IN YOUR BAG". WHAT?! IM CONFUSED UR A CASHIER YOU SCAN & BAG. BUT IF * I * BUY A PAPER BROWN BAG U CAN BAG UP MY ITEMS- ????? WILL NOT EVER COME BACK . I SPEND HUNDREDS A WEEK IN HERE. How horrible service can be over ur laziness.

I love this dollar store. Their big and bright and so clean. They have stuff I never see in the dollar store by me. Their so cheery and a really nice store. The cashiers are the nicest people to. They have the nicest stuff to. Denise James

Above average in cleanliness and friendliness for a Dollar Tree... but it's still a Dollar Tree. It gets very messy from selfish shoppers making a mess without enough employees to keep everything tidy.
