Why does everyone on cash registers here have the worst attitudes? I had a guy tonight treat me like I was bothering him just getting in his line bc he was the only one on a cash register. He's too busy going through his phone, I had to ask for a bag twice and his whole energy towards me was just rude and unprovoked. I'd much rather have a self check out and not have to deal with these rude cashiers that act like you're disturbing them especially the males. They need to have a secret shopper observe these people and how they treat customers especially if the customer is LGBT, you'll definitely see a difference in how they handle certain customers.

Just left this store and there was a line a mile long all while 2 clerks were on the floor restocking. I knocked on the customer service door and asked the on duty manager, Travon could he open another register and he said no and slammed the door in my face

This store is a mess. Organization and cleanliness clearly aren’t important at THIS Dollar Tree. Drive a few extra minutes up the street and go to the Dollar Tree next to Guitar Center.

I read a post on Facebook very recently that this place knows of, and continues to allow, a potential child predator to lurk about the store taking pictures of children. If that's true, then this particular Dollar Tree will no longer be getting my business, and others should stay away too.

I don’t come in here a lot but there was this young white women here who was not only very rude but very dismissive and completely unprofessional when she was done ringing me up I said thank you and she didn’t say anything back she didn’t give me a bag despite of me having 4 things she didn’t even hand me my stuff in my hand but yet the older white ladies next to me she asked them would u like a bag I felt very overlooked and disrespected I will not be shopping here anymore and when I said to her u didn’t ask if I needed a bag she said I didn’t think u needed one completely disgusting behavior please watch who you hire at these places.

Had everything I needed. They're definitely winning against inflation! There was no A/C in the store! The poor guy at the register had a small fan helping him to survive the heat.

Depending on when you go, the place can either be pretty together or very disorganized and all over the place. The employees who work the registers all seem to be pretty friendly, the ones who work the aisles, not as much the majority of the time.
