The Downtown Cultural Arts Center is a great space for events like panels, author talks, and community programs. It is a decent-sized location that hosts events for entrepreneurs, party promoters, and youth programs, providing a great learning experience. The building is described as changing lives and also houses a community church. The area is looking good with new businesses. A note is that off-street parking is limited and tight; there is a paid parking lot where vehicles can be towed without a confirmation call if not paid properly.
I'm from DC my wife and I came here for and event held for different panelists/authors/ business owners and up and coming young entrepreneurs, We had an amazing time being around like minded people! It was absolutely amazing!

Downtown is looking good. I was surprised to see new business opening up. They even have a art center on Howard and Mulberry St.
