Employees are VERY rude. I called the store to ask a simple question about if they were the last had a very bad attitude from the moment I called. She hung up on me in the middle of my question. & when I called back to see if someone else would answer she handed the phone off which someone else assisted me but while that was happening she was being rude in the back.

I went to this store yesterday brought two pair of shoes for my son he was accused of writting on tennis shoes and his dad paid for the tennis to keep the peace. We took them home to get the writting off brought them back for a refund and was treated horrible. Horrible store to go to they could never get my business again.

The only reason I am giving them a star is because you have to. I will never shop there again. They are so unprofessional, Dashawn the manager doesn't care about customers at all. The store needs a new manager and someone to care about the store and it's paying customers. I did a online order pick-up ready today (same day pick-up) took 24-48 hours for any communication about my pick-up.

Very cool atmosphere. Staff allow you to shop without harassing you or try to make you purchase something. Sales are very decent.

The store cashier, she was so rude and mannerless. I intended buying three pairs but got the initial two that was brought out first. I will only advise the store owner to hire competent and experienced professionals who will promote sales in the store.

I go to this DTLR cause it is near my home and there is this one worker with glasses she is always rude and mean for no reason. If you ask her if a shoe dropped she will give you an attitude. She is a rude and miserable person.

Day shift manager unprofessional and not helpful at all (female w/glasses and highlights in hair). Came in to inquire about the CB94 Triple black colorway bc I've been seeing them posted in different stores. The manager side-eyed me saying "I didn't work Saturday but I know they're sold out" so I asked "what was the release date?" She replies abruptly "idk" ... how are you the store manager (knowing your store sold out of the shoe 2 days ago) but you don't know the official release date ?? ... Snipes has release date for 12/12/2023 so I believe this DTLR manager was trying to hide the fact they released the shoes early and didn't follow proper release date protocols. The manager's tone& attitude from a simple question gives impression she definitely was hiding something that was done against store policy. I'll happily buy my pair on 12/12 but you guys should reconsider who runs your stores & how they interact with the public after breaking business protocols and releasing shoes early ....DONT HAVE TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT JUST BE STRAIGHT FORWARD!!

It was the worst experience ever..I went to get 3 pairs of sneakers and I met with the most stinking attitude cashier at the security mall location...when I no longer wanted my purchase because of the customer service there I was told I would get my cash back in gift card and that's the store policy but they forget one thing policy is not law...
