“John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future”
“The owner is a super nice person and genuinely friendly.
Most of my interactions have been picking up UPS packages that I have delivered to his shop. It's a great option for people that live in the city and work during the day as it eliminates the anxiety of worrying about the package falling into the wrong hands. I have also had several questions answered about cell phone and computer issues answered. So good to see small business owners providing worthwhile services our community!”
“Had a floor jack leaking at the pump piston, and no correct size o-ring was available at the major hardware stores. It still worked good so I thought that I should give this place a try. They gave me a bunch that were 100% identical to the original for no charge, great place.”
“Izzy ROCKS. He explained what the repair issue was with the laptop and what I should do if any problems arise. I appreciate the service. I have the same satisfaction as I had when I purchased this laptop over 18 months ago.”
