Called the national line to reserve a car, was told Merritt blvd was the location to handle the rental, called to confirm pick up from local shop, was told it’s out of their jurisdiction. I was literally 2.8 miles away from their location. Refused pick up had to call another location 2x further.

I had a car accident recently the first one in over 25 years where I had to use a rental car I was not looking forward to it because I thought it was gonna be a huge hassle. But… from the very beginning Chris and John Tell me exactly what I need to do and assured me that I’d have the car that I wanted there and waiting when I needed it they even came and picked me up and the driver Ron ( i think) Was super sweet and kind Every single person that I dealt with at this location was all smiles super nice and friendly!! Jose got me into a great rental in no time and I was out the door within 15mins . These guys over here do a wonderful job and I would recommend them to everybody. Thank you again to Jose, Chris, Johnny and Ron for making this a great experience!! Heidi& Chris

Great salesman, he was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely refer this location to my family and friends. The associate at this location needs to train others at the ther locations, to ensure the consumer gets the same renting experience .

Matt, who is usually at the Merritt location in Dundalk, helped us out when we dropped off our rental at the Eastern Ave location. He greeted us with a smile and genuinely listened after asking us about our experience. 5 stars for Matt! We appreciate you :)

Not friendly at all and no respect to Insurance customers. J.R. location manager was unprofessional with my Insurance reservation. Store tried to rent my reserved car to walk-in/called-in! Too obvious with their preferences!! I was told they will only do Insurance by appointment. Be aware if you have an insurance pickup.

The van rented was very nice. The extra fees that showed up on my charge card a week later was not nice. I went through 5 tolls with an ezpass and was charged $6 each instead of the legal $3 each. On top of that a $14.85 service charge was added. When I asked what the service charge was for they told me it was for the paperwork that they had to do.
Mind you, the folks at the Merritt Blvd rental agency did not help at all with this issue. They simply gave me a number to call to dispute the charges.
Integrity means a lot in today's world.
It's sad to see such a large company take from the common man. Imagine how many others just pay the fee without question. Enterprise, while robbing people, are making a killing. Never again!

8-13-2024 Edited to add. My husband have been calling Enterprise since 8-6-2024 because we never got the final receipt via email. My husband called again on 8-9-2024, and the representative at that time told him the account was still open because the area manager Jose was going to contact us 8- 12-2024. Didn't receive a call, so my husband called again 8-13-2024. The area manager answered the phone. Needless to say, nothing will be done. The branch manager completely lied. She said that I cursed her out. That is totally a lie. I DO NOT CURSE. She stated I was the one who hung up on her. That's another lie. I informed him that my daughter recorded the whole interaction.
(Unbeknownst to me and my husband at the time.) He never once asked for the recording. I guess because then he would have to "reprimand " his branch manager. I contacted cooperate again today. The lady I spoke with was great and professional. I forgot to get her name.
I usually don't write reviews but somthing needs to be done. If I could give zero stars I would. I will not visit this location or possibly enterprise as a whole again. The branch manager Amudat is extremely rude and condescending. I received a call from the Dundalk location stating that my insurance company was paying for the rental 3 more days. I said ok. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me I had a delinquent amount on my account. (We prepaid a certain amount because we wanted a bigger car than what insurance company would pay for.) I asked him when did it become delinquent he said 7-26-2024. I received the call from him on 08-05-2024. I asked him why myself or my husband was not contacted on or before the 26th. He said he didn't know because it was his first day. I then asked to speak to a manager he stated he was the manager. I then asked for someone over top of him. That is when the branch manager (Amudat) got on the phone. I proceed to ask her the same question why we wasn't contacted. She stated because it was a little amount. I informed her that it doesn't matter about the amount we should have been contacted when it became delinquent. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I called and reported her to corporate have not heard from corporate yet. We returned the car today. My husband informed her that she was rude for hanging up on me. That is not how a branch manager is suppose to act. She then stated that she can hang up on whomever she wants and that she can talk to people anyway she wants to. She told me and my husband to shut up multiple times. From reading other reviews this is not an isolated incident. If she treats customers like she treated us I could only imagine how she treats the employees she suppose to supervise.

I rented a vehicle from Enterprise. The vehicle was okay but did have some issues handling wet roads. The service from the local office is phenomenal - efficient and polite employees. My issue is with their tolls. I know I incurred tolls during my rental; however, for Enterprise to just debit my account without sending a bill, notice, or even a receipt is down right dirty.

I rented a f-150 and upon calling to confirm my reservation they informed me that they might not have one available. Long story short they got me one and I couldn't be happier.
