It sometimes takes a bit of research to get the best service.I needed a car so I connected the branch at 619 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204.The service was terrible. The guy "who was in charge" acted like a jerk and I was not served.I did a search for branches near where my car was being fixed on Harford Road and all my needs were addressed in a professional manner and even gave me a lift to pick up my car.I had to seek them out but mission accomplished, thanks for your stellar service.

Excellent customer service. I used the drop key box and they called me to let me know how much I was getting back from dropping early and also to make sure I was satisfied with the vechicle. There awesome, will keep coming back if I need a rental. Very professional and courteous.

The best rental car company by far with up to date vehicles. The vehicle I had was a 2022 Volkswagen Arion which was loaded with all the bells and whistles. I had a hard time giving it back for my Mercedes Benz. It was only $22 a day and unlimited miles plus the people at Harford rd enterprise was oh so professional. Anytime I have any rental car needs there's only 1 and I mean one rental car company I'll use...yup ENTERPRISE!!!

I've rented cars from this location on two occasions, one of which was planned for a trip and one of which was an emergency, last-minute rental. Both times the service was fantastic, informative and quick!! Highly recommend.

I'm a novice renter. There are times that I'm surprised by Enterprise car rental. There are times that grinds my gears like not being notified about unexpected tolls & tickets until they surcharge the hell out your card for paying a ticket that could have been fought.

The staff was courteous, attentive, and professional. The vehicle was clean and handled well. I would use Enterprise on Harford Rd. AGAIN!

The manager was amazing I wish I could remember his name at the Hartford rd location. I had an accident and my insurance only covered some of the rental but this accident has been a nightmare to deal with. It happened in NY in April and I moved here to MD so it's hard to handle the situation from a different state. Also, last time I dealt with enterprise was back in NY and that experience alone was bad. So I was expecting everything or anything to go wrong when I went to get my rental. However, my experience was amazing thanks to the manager. I wanna say his name was Matt but I could be wrong (sorry). He was very professional and I got a free upgrade and made the process soooooo smooth. It was quite a experience and I couldn't be happier. The only thing I can say is there is no windshield washer fluid in the car. But I will take that still as a win and don't mind putting some in!!!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience, you gave me faith that not all businesses are only interested in themselves not the customer and not 100% profit focused, seeing he gave me the upgrade and helped with the difference.

This location is still a mess! Worst customer service ever!! I tried to give them another shot because i know people have bad days but oh no it's them for sure!!! The young lady i mention in my last review remembered me once she pulled my reservation up in the system and everything again went downhill smh She started my reservation and advised me there were 3 others in front of me cool so as i sat waiting because they were waiting for cars to be cleaned, returned and bought over from another location it started to get a little crowded cool now the waiting area is full others were standing outside waiting. We were advised they were waiting on cars to come in and be cleaned thanked us for out patience cool. One hour went by, two hours went by, three hours went by now I'm noticing folk that came in after me were being put in cars and I'm still waiting, huh how? So i ask "why are people that came after i did being put into cars and I'm still waiting?" Now i get a respond from whom suppose to be the "Manager" we were waiting for cars to come in, let me see if you were checked in! Wait what? I checked in when i got here 3 hours ago, you even spoke to the manager at Len Stoler and verified they were paying for my rental in full, what you mean I'm not checked in??? He proceeds to apparently check me in and i also stated the young lady checked me in and she continues to put others in cars, do walk around and even drop offs and pick ups so your saying she never checked me in?? Wow!! He apologizes and says your next. Well next was another hour away and another apology with a remark of "I also should've been out of here i have to pay extra for my kid in daycare because I'll be late picking up!!" Tf i could care less at this point 4 hours later and to top it off it is going on 2 weeks since this incident and they have yet to return my $100 deposit to my credit card and sent a voicemail saying everything was cleared and my money will be released when i call the store!! I will be calling corporate after this review!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!

Got a reservation over the phone, immediately left work early, took a $35 lyft to get there in time (less than an hour after making the reservation), only to be told they didn't have a vehicle. I've got the contract for the vehicle I JUST reserved here on my phone. Now I need to take another Lyft to get back. They just cost me $70, two hours of work time, and two hours of my life (not including the $$ and time it will take to find another rental elsewhere). Lost my business. WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
