I was told one price and when I turned the rental in I was told a different price. I guess it’s my word against their word. Bad business!!

I will never use this location again . My insurance company set me up for a rental . Enterprise supposedly got a call from the collision center where my vehicle was getting serviced that my car was ready . Enterprise NEVER called me to let me know the return date which was 11/27/2024 . Why is it that they called me yesterday which was 12/04/2024 telling me if I don’t return the car they’re going to report it stolen . I know exactly who I was talking to and he was rude and smug . Even with me calling the collision center and having a State Farm representative on the phone they still kept playing this clueless thing which is fine . If they do report this rental stolen I will be suing the hell out of them . I don’t even want to drive their rental anymore . I’m returning it AS SOON AS MY CAR IS READY . The manager at Enterprise told me the collision center pays for the rental . They actually don’t and the level of idiocy that he displayed yesterday was shocking . Don’t call me and threaten me about reporting the car stolen when you NEVER reached out to me until yesterday . A total joke and the rental was all dirty the seats have crumbs and dirt piled up I just want my car to be done I will never use this location again . Unorganized, unprofessional and RUDE to say none the less .

Told me a vehicle was available, sat for 3 hours awaiting a vehicle. 3 days into my rental i had to switch out due to it needing an oil change (should have been checked before i picked up) then i realized i left my glasses in the car. They gave me the run around about how to retrieve them they stated they were never found and that they couldn't provide any further information. I had just left the lot 10 minutes prior to calling.
Terrible customer service, would give 0 stars if i could.

THE MOST UNHELPFUL EMPLOYEES EVER ALL BECAUSE MY NAME DOESNT MATCH MY CREDIT CARD; MY LAWYER AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW IS ON THE PHONE WITH CORPORATE AND THEY SAID MY EXPERIENCE HERE SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN HAD AND I SHOULD’VE BEEN GIVEN A RENTAL WITH NO ISSUE. THE SASSY GUY IN THE ILL FITTED ARGYLE SWEATER GONNA TELL ME TO GET A UBER HOME INSTEAD OF BEING HELPFUL? IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY NAME ON THIS CARD. DONT GO HERE. ILL BE RENTING ELSEWHERE WHERE PEOPLE HAVE COMMON SENSE AND EMPATHY.

This enterprise location stood me up on my reservation last weekend, and now I'm trying to get this rescheduled and I've been on hold for 25 minutes.
EDIT:
After being on hold for even longer. I hung up and called the corporate phone number. All I got was somebody who wanted to repeat the same canned messages, and couldn’t do anything but send some sort of text message to the branch. So apparently they sent my information over there, and I never got a call anyways. So that was useless.
Then I called a local branch, that’s closer to my house thinking perhaps they would be able to help. The guy at my local branch didn’t have any cars for me, and couldn’t get anybody on the phone at the security Boulevard location. But he said he would send a message over.
So corporate, and another branch over, and still haven’t received a call back. This place absolutely sucks customer service.

GARBAGE SERVICE, RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING EVEN WHEN THEY CALL YOU TO CONFIRM THAT YOU'RE STILL COMING!!!!!!! WASTE OF TIME!!!! Now I have to drive to BWI for a rental. MANAGEMENT will do nothing. I know if I need to rent a vehicle from Friday to Monday morning they gave me the correct quote now. Down payment is questionable, but I’m pleased with the service.

I had issues with a rental from another location. This location was supposed to switch out for another. When I arrived, they had no car, I was left stranded. The manager there showed no compassion for me nor tried to help the situation. Pretty much, “oh, well” what a shame! I felt so disrespected and hurt. Poor customer service to the max! Never will I do business here again. issues with the company per day. On top of things there was a false report done upon leaving the vehicle I had for 1day. Battery died twice which was the reason for the return. This was horrific and I was in the middle of traffic when this took place. Had to call someone for help because I was left stranded, very unprofessional and liar on the vehicle I had.

The worst enterprise ever. Came twice same day , still didnt have a car. A bunch of excuses. They were getting cursed at by every customer . Dont go here please 🤮😡. I see ths return text about looking further into the sitiation. All the info Enterprise needs is in the review. This place is horrible! Dont waste your time

Horrible service. I made a reservation and they waited until I got there to let me know they didn’t have a vehicle available for me. If that’s the case, why not call and notify me instead of having me come to your location and waste my time. No sympathy at all. Dark skin dude with the glasses had no care in the world that I was inconvenienced. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. Definitely will be my last time here. Spend your money somewhere else where they actually give great service.

I gave you a 1..Please be advised this is NO LONGER in MEADOWS PLAZA..They moved to the what used to be bank of America location which is now Enterprise across from the Social Security offices nd near the bowling alley on security blvd, for anyone that needs to know..Please fix your location to match on google, your advertising a location that you're not at..
I don't know what's up with this location but they seemed to be under-staffed nd definitely can not handle the volume of ppl that came in on monday 8/5/2024 even if yall have busy days you should learn how to be polite to ppl that are either waiting for a rental, or needing assitance, the employees here seem to not have the proper training at all. I had a appt. That was in the system as of the end of July to be picked up from my home @ 10:30a, I called on 8/2 nd the day of my pick up 2hours b4 to confirm I had a appt I was told I was in the system and someone would be out front nd calling me to come outside..Nobody showed up I then had to re-call nd ask them is their a problem or is somebody in route, nobody was in route mind you I called the day of 2hrs before my pick up time to confirm nd was assured they would be here, finally someone arrived..So if you know you're running late call the customer and let them know what's going on apologize that would have been exceptional customer service but that did not happen for me..When I finally got to this location I waited for sometime there after, then when it was time to get my rental and pay the $100 security deposit for the hold the manager that was on duty that day was so adamant that I needed to use a credit card when he could have used my visa debit card to take the $100 out I was told that I would get that money back when I returned the rental but that did not happen I was charged on my credit card and now I have to make a payment I got the rental on August 5th and return the rental on August 9th...
I hope I don't have to get a rental ever again and if I do I definitely will not use Enterprise...This was by far the worst service 👎👎👎👎👎👎

This review is a ZERO! Dont be fooled by the 1 star! That security blvd location is the absolute worst! Clown city! Never experienced unprofessionlism on this level; other branches dont understand their ignorance displayed. They will come and take your car before its due, w/o notice, and give you a hard way to go to get your belongings! And when they find out that they are wrong, you hear crickets! Will be asking the insurance company for a rental from a company who displays more integrity than this one in the future✌🏽
