I saw a lot of negative reviews, but this was where insurance sent me. Will and Miracle were excellent. They did a good job explaining the issues that I was having, which had nothing to do with Enterprise.

I enjoy renting my cars from enterprise off of Woodlawn Dr.. MS. Nicq was above nice and professional at her job. I will makesuremy friends and family come to that location when they need a rental car.

Customer service is lacking and apparently they accept reservations for cars that are not there only to get you to upgrade to pay more. Don’t waste your time, as they told me call around to other places. Go to another place

I recommend this Enterprise rental car establishment at the Security location to anyone who truly needs help with transportation..They take pride on Professionalism, also everyone is so intelligent and well rounded in their respected field of work! But also was extremely considerate and understanding with me most importantly patient with questions i had regarding how an account works.. And as well,super accommodating with making my experience comfortable and simplistic to allow me the liberty to have a peace of mind..Everyone there is Awesome and Damn Good at what they do! im definitely going to use them again if i run into vehicle issues in the future Great team of people..God Bless ?

Worst customer service ever they had attitude I had to wait almost an hour for a rental car worker to pick me up from the shop when I was 8 minutes away. No apologies they just act like they did nothing wrong. They gave me wrong information about the deductible because charging me an extra $50. Bad customer service all around.

Thanks Enterprise for hiring Jessica at your Woodlawn location. She made my experience there easy and stress free. I’m very happy with the service they provided there, placing me in the right vehicle. I’ve recently experienced trauma from being in an accident and driving the right vehicle makes all the difference I was comfortable being in a familiar vehicle and it made my rental experience so much better. The only thing that could have made it better was being able to afford having the vehicle longer.

From the time I was picked up to the time I dropped off, every staff person was friendly, informative and very helpful. I was very pleased with the service.

Just wanted to say that the manager, Michael, is the best. Excellent customer service. I got jerked around by the Ourisman Chevy across the street for over a month and a half, causing me to have to pay an exorbitant amount of extra fees. I turned in my car on a Friday night and Ourisman promised I would not be charged for any extra weekend days. Of course, Ourisman dropped the ball and I was charged for the extra weekend days, but when I called Michael at Enterprise he was super helpful about it and got me my refund. And he didn't make me feel like a liar either about it. It was all good. He took my word over Ourisman which is nice because they have been lying for over a month to me. Thx Michael!

The manager was doing the best he could to keep up with the large amounts of customers however..He was swamped. Enterprise was understaffed. Detailers were extremely slow bringing the rental cars around. I will not be going back to this location. Ive been here in the lobby for 45mins now.

The customer service here was phenomenal. Andre assisted me and was extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He even followed up with me to let me know my rental had been checked in and I would be receiving my deposit back. I would definitely rent from them again, and I'm asking for Andre!

Been on and off of hold for two days, they never answer. I can literally hear representatives picking up the phone and placing it back on hold. They don’t even greet you or let you know that someone is available and will be with you shortly. Just a never ending automated message and hold music. It’s been over 30 minutes this go-round and I’m halfway to the store, I don’t even know if they have my car in stock. Going to keep holding to see how long it takes someone to eventually pick up.

Customer service needs to do better ! Even the manager was rude! Told me my address wasn’t coming up in the system lol and I was trying to explain to him! That was impossible but he continued to hang up on me then stop answering! They will never get a dime from me! Totally rude
