I wanted to drive the car a couple weeks before giving my review.
Max was a pleasure to work with. The car has been working great! However, my tire pressure light won't go off even after filling the tires but not an issue. I will definitely recommend my siblings and friends to Baltimore Automotive Group.

I just wanted to thank and share as well the amazing car buying experience with Max and Joe over at the Baltimore Automotive Group. I never right reviews but felt compelled to.share my experience. I live in New Jersey and found the vehicle online, normally in those situations sites rarely have their inventory updated so by time you contact them the vehicle you desire is not there. The dialog upon contact was pleasant and ro the point, there was no pushy salesman or obnoxious finance man. I drove down to Baltimore to their beautiful location. which was very warm amd inviting. I test drove the vehicle and immediately fell in love with it. The vehicle well exceeded my expectations. I unfortunately wasnt able to secure my financial obligation by time I went down to the test drive. This was a very HOT vehicle and was in high demand. They assured me on their word with no deposit down that the vehicle was mine. I did what Ihad to do and returned a few days later to purchase and pick up the vehicle. I just want to thank their organization once again on making it such a smooth transition...

I decided to visit this dealership after reading so many great reviews about other customers’ experiences buying cars here. I came in to test drive a vehicle I found online and handed over my ID. However, as soon as I mentioned that I didn’t want to put any money down, the salesperson immediately slid my ID back and said he couldn’t help me.
I found this response extremely rude and disappointing, especially since it’s well known that you don’t have to put money down to purchase a car. After leaving, I went to another dealership, and I was able to drive off the lot with a new car without putting any money down.
I’d recommend this dealership focus more on helping customers find solutions instead of dismissing them so quickly. A little respect and effort go a long way.
