I felt like they didn’t want my business. They have a car sitting up there for almost a year but the price was a little more than what I would spend on a 12 year old car. A few days after I test drove, I got a text saying they could knock down $1,000. I countered with a different offer and they took away the $1,000 discount and shut me out completely. I guess if you’re not going up there to buy one of their many Porsches they have sitting up there, they don’t care for your business. I got the same car I test drove in the same condition (well maintained and no accidents with 1 owner) for a better price and better mileage somewhere else. So unless you’re dropping 50K, they don’t care for you.Update - his response is wrong. Doesn’t even know what car I was driving. Thats how little time he spent with us.

I recently purchase a 2013 infiniti j35. I was told that the car went through a 21 point inspection which was not true. I only had the car a week and it would'nt start . I took it to the infiniti delearship where i was told i need a new battery , drive belt, drive belt replaced , coolant level low the cataylic converter, oxygen sensors bad, transmission pan was leaking. ON SEPT 19TH I was told after i get the it fix per the mgnr they would reimburse me my money that they advised me they was going to pay for service because of no power at there location same day. They had no power and no parts to take to the shop after showing repair order with check engine light fix. They advised to send copy of miles and dashboard for refund check. After weeks of emaiing and calling them they which they block me soon afterward and told me i had a send copy of odomoter again... i just purchase vehichle weeks prior. They emailed back after blocking calls, no answer. Maxthe sales rep emailed back and said not covering repairs after having car for two weeks. after they told me they would give money per sales mgnr . i was advised differently from sales mngr face to face go get repais done the same day ...Iwas told i should got fix there after they advised me go get car fix at different shop they were paying for repairs. Max emaled and advised now they will not refund me because not done at there shop but they advised me too soo after I brought the receipt and showed him what problems i had on Sept 19th. Worst lemon law ever. I have all correspondence texts for refund but was never remibursed back after a check was promised that i should got car fix there but i was told per mgnr go ahead get fix asap giving baltimore auto group the bill. THE WORST AUTO CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Very nice establishment. Max greeted me right away. We both came up with a deal we would both be happy with. I would definitely go back if I see something I like. I would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a 2015 dodge ram 3.0L turbo ecodiesel. Working with Joe/Max/ and the rest of the team was a wonderful experience. Joe made it a point to keep me updated with steps along the way. I also did a trade-in. Joe provided a reasonable trade in value based on car appraisal values. Would recommend.

My husband and I were searching for a weekend car and happened to see an 02 Thunderbird advertised on Car Gurus. The car was in absolutely beautiful condition and we fell in love instantly! Joe and Max were so helpful and made the buying experience a stress free, no pressure one. We did wind up with an electrical issue in the car that is apparently a common issue in this year, but of course it is far outside the recall timeframe. I called Joe and he addressed the issue promptly, setting up an appointment with a specialist who could diagnose the problem, ordered the parts for us and set up repair in a timely fashion. We could not be more pleased with the level of service we received and will recommend Baltimore Auto Group to everyone I know in the market for a new vehicle!

The worst automobile dealership on the east coast!!! I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from these crooks, had it for 3 weeks and the power steering line breaks. I take it to a local shop to be told that the subframe of the car has been removed and not replaced properly and that caused the line to break. I was then informed that they are shocked this vehicle even passed inspection. Call the crooks and tell them the issues and they agree to fix it. Full disclosure...I did go over the 1000 mile warranty, but come on, 3 weeks??? They needed 5 days to fix a line that several mechanics told me should take about 3 hours to fix. At this point I had spent $400 on the tow to get it there and another $380 on a rental car for the week and had not even made a payment on this vehicle yet. I pick up the SUV 5 days later and the same line breaks 3 days later!!! I inform them about this and they tell me that they would be happy fix it again. Who would trust these people again??? To say this place is the worst is an understatement and I hope people read this review and avoid this place like covid laced with the bubonic plague!!!!In response to the owners....so your vehicles are Maryland inspected but your mechanic is that busy??? Lets say I drove 3000 miles, is that a difference to the fact that A. the car shouldn't be that unreliable in the first place and B. two separete ASE mechanics said the same thing about this power steering line. So just explain to everyone how something like this can happen??? You use a mechanic that only certifies his work for 3 days??? Oh, and several weeks is also a lie, as i stated in my review...i did not even make a payment on this vehicle yet and this whole fiasco took place in a 3.5 week period. And give you a chance to correct the problem??? You had a chance to correct the problem and your correction lasted a whopping 3 days!!! I'm sure everyone would just readily agree to spend another $400 on a tow and another $380 on a rental car AGAIN TO HAVE THE SAME EXACT ISSUE FIXED AGAIN (after 3 days of use)!!!

I came here to get my first car with my parents, and the experience was very pleasant. I decided to go with an F-150. The car was in very good condition and I could tell it was detailed very recently. Before purchasing the vehicle they confirmed with the mechanic that there were no issues with the vehicle. Overall, I would definitely reccomend.

BAD BUSINESS DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! I purchased a vehicle the end of August of this year and still have not received my tags. Max Lipman has issued me another set of temporary tags instead of hard tags. It is now November I have called so many times trying to get my tags and they keep giving me the run around. I told them I would be moving soon a month ago and I needed my tags to switch over to my new state. Now they don’t want to reimburse me for processing my tags and title. Max promised he would overnight a check and the title once they received the title to the vehicle I purchased. Now because I relocate they are not trying to provide me what I need to get my tags. I spoke to the bank and they confirmed the change of address has nothing to do with them providing me what I need to get my tags. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from here! I asked to speak to the owner Ron Bond and I guess it is impossible. If I could return this Vehicle and get my money back I would! GO ELSEWHERE!

This is not a buy or don’t buy review. It is a being your mechanic review. Note that their original Facebook page with reviews has been deleted and their new one does not accept reviews.I bought a 2017 Dodge Journey from them and it is without a doubt the worst vehicle I have ever owned in my life. I’ve driven the vehicle 4,000 miles since I’ve purchased it. It will not pass emissions, it has a coolant leak from the block, air doesn’t work in the back, A/C doesn’t work at passenger and and defrost doesn’t work either. And this morning, to top it off, came out to a big puddle of brake fluid beneath the vehicle, so now I have no brakes.Front brakes and rotors should have never passed inspection, both need replaced. When I test drove the vehicle, it had a tire with low air. I got Covid right after that and I was burning through my PTO at work and needed a vehicle, so I bought it. When I picked up the vehicle, same tire had low air. Asked them to put air in it and was told they don’t have a compressor at the dealership, which I though was weird because you have about 40 vehicles and you can get compressors for $20. Went to Royal farms to get air, the air machine was broken. When I got home and filled up with air, found two screws in two different spots and had to plug them. They seemed like nice people but I thought that was pretty lazy. Air in the tire is the bare minimum. At this point I’m planning on trading it in and taking about $7k negative equity into another vehicle. Hope you have better luck than me. Take care.

At the time of looking for a vehicle, I found one here at this location online. But after reading all the reviews good and bad it seems that this isn't the place for me. Not to mention whoever is responding back to the customers have not one ounce of accountability and responsibility in there responses. It seems to be its always the customer at fault. Which is a RED FLAG for ME! Not too mention no type of customer service or compassion for the customer. Thankfully I took the time out to read a lot of the reviews dated recently and 2-3 years ago and it seems that maybe I should find another dealership. Not a mom and pop dealership. These reviews were very helpful for me.

I absolutely love this place. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They made buying a car as stress free as possible. The staff and selection is also worth mentioning, great customer service.

Highly recommend Baltimore Automotive Group! Charles was very professional and was able to get me approved. They have a wide range of vehicles to choose from and we’re very patient with me!
