Morningside Storage is not even remotely as good as the ExtraSpace. I've not received my refund from moving out of my unit for months, nobody on the phone can help and the facility manager Chrissy gives you the run around.

I was assisted by Chris this afternoon who was incredibly kind and more than helpful with securing my unit. He was able to get the process complete in about 20 minutes from start to end.

Reserving and moving into my unit was quick and easy. Chrissy and Chris have been such wonderful help in the process! Both of them were so friendly, informative, and reassuring over the phone and in person. Facility-wise, the storage unit was clean and safe. Hallways look well-maintained. The lobby also has free beverages, accessible bathrooms, and even essential moving items for sale. I’m pretty satisfied overall!

Extra Space Storage is convenient and helpful. There was various of storage space sizes for an affordable price. Staff is also wonderful — Joann was personable and adressed all questions/concerns/needs. Definitely recommend!

Everything about my experience has been 5 stars! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful; the space is well-maintained and clean; and the whole process from signing up to storing my belongings has been incredibly convenient and easy. I could not recommend this place enough!

The team at Extra Space Storage is great and attentive to all the customers. I have stored my things there for a few years and they have helped me at all steps of the way.
JoAnn is a great asset to the facility, and provides great customer service.
Would recommend for everyone’s storage needs.
