My monthly storage started in 2020 while this storage facility was under private ownership. For the first 2 years everything ran smoothly and excellent service. From 2022 to 2024 I may have visited my unit once. The climate control was running and there was no humidity in my building or storage unit. Fast forward to my move out date in 2024. Management told me there was a hoarder at the location and a mice infestation. My move out was horrible the climate in the property was hot and humid and my unit was filled with mice poo and urine everywhere. Several of my items were ruined but luckily I had most of my family heirloom's in secured tubs. The humidity however caused damage to most of my paper documents and collectible cards. I will never use the Caton Ave location again in LIFE!

I have used them 3 times. I've always had a good experience. The previous company I used had a bad smell throughout the building. However extra space was clean and I never experienced odors . Im happy with the service I received. The staff is professional and helpful. I like being able to reach someone directly in the office as well .

I was in need of renting a storage unit and when I arrived at the place it was closing in 5min. Kevin provided exceptional service. He reviewed what furniture we wanted to store and made a suggestion of what size we needed. He took the time to explain the whole rental process. We were satisfied when we left and will recommend this storage place to others. Kevin was truly awesome. Thanks, Satisfied customer.

When I tell you Mr Kevin is the best and gives the best customer service. He is a major asset to the company.
