Very Clean facility, I absolutely love this facility at this location. Very efficient and effective staff when speaking with them about any issues. Mr John and Mr Ervin are so professional and proficient. If you are looking for a clean space that located in the heart of city 🏙️ bringing convenience to you wherever you are located all while being nestled in the best part of Baltimore. This place is safe and secure, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found this place!if you want superb service, i suggest you go there.

I’m so sad Sabrina is gone ! I’ve rented multiple units and if I ever had an issue Sabrina would take care of it right away . The new people ughhh bring Sabrina back !

I have had storage spaces for many years around the country. By far 2600 Charles st has proven far superior than any of the others in all ways!

Both elevators went down for entire day on 8/23/2025 when I had to unload the entire storage unit from the 5th floor.
Zero assistance or apology from the company or employees.
Refused to extend the closing hours to accommodate.
One of the worst experience ever
