Elevator doesn't work properly. Myself & partner were trapped on third before. For over 30mins plus. If it wasn't for a customer coming. We waved them down outside in parking lot. They to had a storage unit on second floor. Wasn't for them we'd of been staying the night because it was after closing so office was closed .

Everything was fine until 3 to 4 months after moving in I get a notice saying the rent is going to more than double. That's crazy. It used to be that you would get a notice once a year the rent was going up $10 to $15 not more than doubling 3 months after moving in! I went into the office to speak to someone about it. They said they could put a one time hold on the increase for 6 months. However not long after I get an email saying I am getting a $9 discount on the increased rent for 3 months. So what they told me was not true and this not helpful. Once I get my things out I will never rent from Public Storage anywhere again! This is a system wide problem with PS now.
