Fall Road Running Store lost a customer in me today. I wanted to exchange unworn shoes I bought for a store credit. At first, it was no issue, but then they changed their mind so I'm changing my mind on where I'll take by business to in the future.

Always knowledgeable, always helpful (young!) staff to find the right sneaker. Got another Brooke to replace my old pair. My foot doc likes me to get Brooke, New Balance or Asics--my favs!

The staff was very helpful. He tried to look for the items that I needed. After I found one at regular price. he still went through the discount section to look for one with a lower price for me.
