I went in to this FD today to get ballon's as I walked in an employee was blowing smoke out of her nose and mouth from hookah pen WoW, she's tells me I can't walk around with my bag it has 'em be left with her umm confused, I was flabbergasted. Do they not have cameras inside the store

Just went in did a little shopping for a few items for a little get together and some items for myself, i happened to be going on Harford and found the family dollar store.

Walked up and delivery guy was standing there on his phone thought he was on his break. My kids tried to open door it was locked that’s was at noonish on 11/6/23. Handwritten sign back in 15 minutes that it’s 12:38. Lady came to door said I’m not letting people in just the delivery guy, then someone said when can we go in employee pointed at the sign tapping it with major attitude stating I just put that sign up so whatever the sign says and locks door. Opened over 30 minutes later, No time on the note when it was put up, it could have been an hour ago. So tired of these employees in customer service positions wanting more money, but continue to treat customers so poorly. I ? blame management… they know how to choose them

I was harrased out of the store today by a cashier. I dared to bring my own reusable bag into the store and not leave it with her. It was rolled up and in my pocket. I wouldn't care so much but I can't use the bags they have because I'm disabled and walk with a cane. Even when I purchase extra bags ( so they are half full and easier to carry with one hand ) it becomes difficult because they tear so easily. I'm sorry to say that this store has lost my bussiness.

Store is fine but the customer service was horrible. Sign posted says they close at 10pm. I was the only person in the store at 845pm and they were telling me they were closing in 10 minutes over the intercom and proceeded to repeat this every 2 minutes

For the truck drivers delivering Family Dollar Freight, they unload at the black glass doors.You can park in the lot overnight but you can't idle your truck if you do so, the neighbor behind the fence will be knocking on your door if you do.

It was a great place when it was dollar deals years and years and years ago and now that it has switched over to a family dollar there’s always new cashiers nobody wants to obviously work there sometimes they give you trash bags instead of regular bags and then other times they don’t have any pets and now you have to pay for your bags the stores either just about completely empty or it’s completely sucked there is no in between it’s a very bad location it does get robbed at least once a week but they’re tobacco and tubes for the tobacco to roll your own cigarettes are the absolute best prices you will ever find
