After walking the complex for 20 minutes and even returning to the spot where someone said when asked directions, "..it used to be there." It turns out it's not. The other reviewer is correct, there is a lobby area as shown on Google Maps and the directions take you to that lobby but there is not a FedEx drop box in the very sparse reception space. I even opened a door that led to abandoned construction areas of the building. I looked hard because I was hot and tired from walking in search of what FedEx's website said should exist. Tried to report on the phone system to help others from having the same bad-day problem, but they hung up on me after trying to explain in a polite way. The CSR insisted from somewhere far away that I'm wrong. "It's near the juice bar." It took me 10+ minutes to speak to someone to tell me that several times. I guess I need to look for a juice bar tomorrow but it's not anywhere near where they say it is online. I say use UPS if you want easy reliable shipping and service.

This Fedx office is great! Helpful with everything you will need. But the directions are lacking. It is actually located in the building across the street and on the back side of the building. You go around the front of the building to the back, and it has a direct door into the Fedx store from the parking lot. It’s located in the middle of the back of the building
