Never had a problem except guy who worked there use to look at me very oddly years ago, they do not let wrap your own package anymore..

This fedex is the closest to me and is the most convenient. I was extremely pleased with their service to help me ship multiple boxes to my new home. They are straightforward and are knowledgeable at what they do-- quick and easy. Parking is the only thing that might be tough to find but they have street parking. I went here several times and never had any issues. They know what they're doing.

I was completely satisfied the service and atmosphere. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! The front desk attendant was very attentive and efficient. This location has everything you need and will go above and beyond to get you needs met in a timely met.

James and Phillip printed a last minute poster I needed for my conference in literally less than an hour despite of being short staffed and super busy. Hands down amazing service , thank you for making my life a little easier today , y'all are amazing !

Would never recommend someone try to print a document here. It took over 45 minutes to use their Email to Print Self-Service to even receive a code back to even print the document - I left before the email came because I couldn't afford to wait that long!Some other poor guy had been there for over an hour trying to print his document to go out in their last-call 6pm shipment and missed it for something that needed to be overnighted that day. Apparently FedEx things 45 minutes and 1 hour is a normal amount of time for someone to wait to print something?Awful experience and will never come back to FedEx to print a document.

Called last week on april 19 to ask about cd duplication. They told me it was $14.99 each but said since i was i getting 12 done they gave me a 20% discount. i went to the physical location today april 26 at 145 pm to be greeted at the counter that asked me how can they help? i said Cd duplication so he said wait at the next counter. then a young lady walks up and ask me what i need assistance with? i said cd duplication she says they don't do that anymore. So why didn't the man that had me waiting there 10-15 minutes at the counter or the lady that answered the phone say that? and i ask you for a number to complain you say 1800gofedex and you can't complain....all you can do is leave customer feedback for shipments.....stop wasting peoples time and gas and get you staff trained or what service you do or do not provide any longer TF?

This store helps me do my job. From large self printing orders to drop off and packing it's just great. The employees are friendly and helpful, especially Bri, who goes above and beyond and is so good at her job! Efficient, clean, stocked with what I need. Thank you!

This place sucks A*** i brought in a small package on Tuesday February 11 to have delivered to California by Friday, the young lady informed me that it would be an additional $69 (cool) the young lady assured me that the package would be there by 4:30pm Friday, February 14th. I waited until 830pm (est) to see if the package arrived and it hadn't. So i checked the tracking number and it said "estimated delivery date 2/17/2020) so i called Fedex and they told me "your package wasn't delivered because it was dropped off after the pick up time" i asked the operator "what time was the pick up time?" She said "830 pm". My transaction was processed at 7:28pm. WTF is going on at FedEx???
