They always claim they tried to deliver your package but no one was home when actually they don’t attempt anything but delaying your delivery. The drivers are reckless and irresponsible I’ll deliver my package myself before ever using these clowns .

Today around noon I was running some errands and was driving on the 7900 block of Old Harford Rd. Suddenly a FedEx delivery driver pulled up to a stop sign on a side street. Only he didn't stop! He pulled out right in front of me. I had to slam my brakes so I wouldn't hit him. The truck immediately turned onto the next side street. This driver was very wreckless and could have caused a terrible accident. Especially considering there were a few vehicles behind me

Horrible customer service representatives and processes. Fully taking advantage of customers and their reps cannot speak English nor do they tell the truth - they told us our package was delayed bcz of a snow storm in Memphis, TN... blatant lies and they overcharge for 2day delivery and delivered in 13 days... Horrible horrible service but there isn't an alternative.
