This place is lazy and inconsiderate. Decided not to put our delivery on the truck but had me wait for hours only to have it have to be rescheduled. Complete disrespect and utter disregard for others. Would choose a different way to ship but we don’t have a choice with this one. Not to mention the rude customer service when it was their fault! Use someone else if you have the choice.

The worst customer service ever. The delivery was left by the side of the road, but the inconsiderate driver had the nerve to still demand a signature. My delivery was treated like trash, and everyone I spoke with was rude and didn't care about providing the least amount of customer service. After being told on the phone that his driver did a good job, I was rudely asked if there was anything else I needed to end the call. I will be contacting FedEx Freight corporate office to file a complaint on the inconsiderate driver and the rude supervisor. Baltimore's FedEx Freight is the worst!

I missed a delivery. So I called to schedule it on Saturday. The service representative said it's set up.Then Saturday comes I call just to ensure all's well then I was told they're closed on Saturdays.Called two more times, got 2 different answers but all stated they don't deliver on saturdays. Very poor form.
