Deon worked very hard to ensure I was able to get some music equipment shipped from Baltimore to Houston. He needed some assistance from his Manager; which I was extremely grateful to her for. Bc honestly w/o her Deon may not have been as successful as he was but the two of them just made something that could’ve been difficult very easy for us. We really do appreciate their help and knowledge on how to get our items packed and shipped properly. Deon keep being coachable like u were! You’re going to go far!

Various self print machines were out of order or having errors. Nonetheless, staff member Erica was incredibly helpful. Erica helped me navigate a stressful situation with kindness and a calm demeanor. If I were rating just Erica’s customer service, it would be 6/5 stars for going above and beyond.

Stopped into this location to quickly print items for an outreach event this evening. I was greeted immediately and upon asking about self-printing, Jordan offered to walk me through the process. I was done in less than five minutes! When I circled back to say thank you, he was already headed back to check on me.
Shout out to Jordan and the entire team at this location for exceptional customer service!!

I cannot thank the team at the FedEx Office in Charles Village enough for their kindness and efficiency during a very stressful time. My cat had just gone missing, and I was in a rush to print Lost Pet posters to spread around the neighborhood. Unfortunately, there was a long queue, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my copies made the same day.
When I called the store and explained my situation, the team showed incredible empathy and went above and beyond to help me. They expedited my order and made sure I had my posters as soon as possible. Their generosity and understanding made such a difference when I was feeling overwhelmed and desperate to get the word out.
Thanks to their quick action, I was able to post flyers around the neighborhood that very day. The professionalism and kindness of the staff truly stood out, and I’m so grateful for their help. If you need a reliable, compassionate team to assist you, this location is absolutely top-notch.

The manager who helped me with shipping and packaging costs was very helpful and competent so I had little reason to suspect the service provided would be absolute garbage. Unfortunately, the antique chandeliers that were shipped at a cost of $175 arrived dented, broken, and jutting through the box due to hardly any packing material protecting the items. The paper pictured below is all that was provided - no bubble wrap, no peanuts, not even a sufficient amount of paper. These were 35 pounds in total that someone expected to be protected by this and the 100 year old parts are not replaceable.
I will never use fedex shipping services again and neither will my buyer. Go to the post office, friends. There is little training or sense used here - or both.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the team here. I’ve been printing our restaurant menus here since we opened in the fall of 2022 and the staff have always been so helpful and kind, even when I’ve been clearly stressed. They all do a great job. Thank you!

This place is fine unless you need to arrive around their stated opening and closing times—they rarely open and close at the times stated on the door or online. Wish they’d just update hrs on Google when they don’t plan to open.

Staff members were polite. However, I visited this office to get a package with the we-missed-you note today. It’s meaningless of the staff at the counter to ask me to find the package’s tracking number when they could actually get the tracking number with the door tag number on the we-missed-you note. So, I left the counter, got the tracking number on the FedEx website with my cell phone, and came back to the counter and waited in the line again. It was just a waste of each other’s time.
