worst fedex experience ever. The staff here has a serious attitude problem. They are incredibly impatient and seem to view customers as an inconvenience. I witnessed eye-rolling and condescending faces when simply trying to get information. They are lazy and unwilling to do the basic functions of their job. Avoid unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

I always count on FedEx any time I need something done. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a store. When I walked in, the lady coming out said, “ People act like they don't want to do their job, but I thought, ‘ Well, can't make everyone happy. Was I in for it. I asked some questions, and the clerk just replied, “ All this information is on the website. Great but can you tell me specifically what I should look for and can you point out the different options?” So he replied, “ I’m gonna give you a simple answer for your simple question in a tone that was far from friendly.” At that point, I just stopped talking, and my friend continued to ask questions, but she was also getting nowhere. He seemed annoyed that we kept asking him questions and just kept referring to it. “ It’s all online.” So we walked out.
Also, I want to note that I went to a different location and got what I needed with the best service. I will give them a good review also because I can't just rate the bad and not the good.

The worst decision and the worst service I could have taken to send some things to Spain since June 14 they told me to pay $250 that it would arrive on June 26 and today it's 2 and I can't barely track anything they don't even tell me anything or the box that contains a tablet a watch and some iPods arrived is that I don't understand it with so much that I paid when one goes crazy from stress and gets to the office to scream they will say that it already violates the laws if I couldn't offer a safe service to the customer no You charge him so much money, I'll be there for my return package and my money waiting for me! Tired already

The folks that work at this location are such a pleasure. I come here often for work shipments and printing needs, and they are so friendly and reliable. Yvonne especially is so wonderful to work with. Grateful to have them as a resource right down the street!

I appreciate that there is actually a fedex drop-off off.Place where you can take packages inside in baltimore, as this is literally the only one. I always wonder why places that have people coming and going with large packages never have automatic doors? I walked in here with a huge package that was literally 5 feet by 3 feet, and the 3 people we were standing behind the counter, literally, looking at their phones did nothing. So I struggle to hold open this massive freaking door , and bring in this huge package at the same time..With that being said, every time I come in here, I just feel completely unwelcome to staff.Makes you feel like you've verbally assaulted them by asking them any kind of questions. If you take out the staff, they do offer a wide range of services which could be handy considering almost all other stores that offer them are closed. Parking is extremely limited.There's two places in the front next the door and on the right side of the street, there's two places, otherwise you can dip in the alley, which is where the picture of

Laziest employees ever. Expect to take awhile in that store. Out of the five on staff, one is actually working while the other four say I have to wait while having trouble printing something out. Meanwhile they’re just hanging out and talking. The store is empty except for one other customer. Then they try to charge me extra money when their machines say “ask for assistance” so I ask for the third time. 15 min later I’m driving to ups just to print something out. WTH
