We worked with Eric Figurelle for purchasing our first house. A friend of ours referred him and he is an GREAT agent to work with. Something that I really appreciated was that he would point out both pros AND CONS about a house based on our needs and preference. I learned a lot from him while touring houses. His advice on how to shape the offer was also very helpful. The whole process was smooth and we were very happy that we had Eric as our agent.

Jennifer Hasson was absolutely top notch. We decided to sell sooner than planned and she was able to help us through the entire process. Providing tips on how best to stage for pictures and declutter to closing. She was professional and personable. She knew the area and the comps to help in pricing and listing the house. Where do I begin? I had viewed so many houses on Zillow and stubbled on Eric. I was in full panic mode and needed a house ASAP. Eric was patient and kept me calm because I had only a few days/weeks to find a place to live. He found me the home of my dreams house and it is perfect. The house is everything I wanted, from the location to the interior design. He is defiantly passionate about his job and treated me with the utmost respect. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. This was my first time buying a house, so I had no idea what I was getting myself into, or know anything about the process. He sat me down and explained everything to me. When it came time for closing, the process was so unbelievably smooth and easy. He kept me calm and sat back and watched me while I enjoyed buying my first house! I look up to Eric and hope everyone uses him in the future because not only is he a restate agent, but he is also an honest friend!

My wife and I highly recommend working with Eric Figurelle when choosing a realtor in Baltimore. Eric made the home buying and selling process for my wife and I very easy. We initially connected with him through Zillow because of our interest in touring a home for sale. From our first encounter, Eric made us very comfortable. He was supportive, always stayed calm, and listened first always before responding. He helped us make all the decisions while never trying to influence us. It was these characteristics that stood out to me working with him. Eric was always responsive to emails, phone calls and texts anytime we needed him. He even specifically made himself available during a scheduled vacation to keep us on track.We didn’t require Eric to show us a bunch of houses, but Eric helped us identify why the house we selected was the house was the right one for us. He helped us get the best purchase price below asking price. His team and network got us to the closing table within 30 days ensuring everything in the new home was in order. Eric always got all of our questions answered in a timely manner. In turn, Eric got us a contract on the house we were selling within 48 hours of putting on the market for above listing price. Eric worked with our timetable for preparing our house for sale. We waited until we physically moved before listing the house for sale which meant we took pictures while we still occupied the house and left limited items in the house for tours. Eric and his team presented our house in the best way possible through the listing and social media marketing which in turn got us the best value in return.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and intend to work with Eric again the future when necessary.

I can not say enough good things about my experience using Jennifer Hansson as my realator. If you are serious about buying a house, she will find it for you. Jennifer made sure I got the best deal when buying my home. She was with me every step of the way. She was always on time, on top of everything, and knows her stuff.
