I've been to Firefly a few times within the past few years and the staff have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable every time I walked in! Honestly, this place is classy, clean and has a lot of variety. When I've been to other adult shops it can feel creepy or intimidating but this place has never made me feel that way, it's very comfortable. So far, I've bought outfits, toys, games and glass pieces from them and the quality has stood up on everything I've bought.

Great store and a highlandtown landmark. The staff is always so helpful. Always met with a hello how are you when entering. They will make sure you find what you need. Karen is my favorite person whenever I come inside. Just love this place.

I've been shopping at this store for over 20 years and the service is always excellent. Whichever side of the store tickles your fancy you're going to find some great and one of a kind items. It's always a fun experience shopping here.

I have been coming to the shop for years. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. If they don't have exactly what your looking for they have wonderful alternatives or can work with you to get the item in stock.

Feel like the owner lied to me to get me to spend more money. Came in and spoke with a young lady because I had some questions about how to smoke dabs. I'm an old guy and new to having a medical card. I was looking for something easy, no complications or bells and whistles to smoke dabs. The young lady showed me a few options but recommended a silicone nectar collector. She did as show me some pens as I asked but thought the silicone piece would be best and it was a steal at under $20. As she was getting ready to ring me up the owner came out and asked how we were doing and introduced himself. I told him I was purchasing the nectar collector. He asked if he could make a recommendation then wanted to show me the pens. I told him the young lady already showed me and I wanted the most similar item I could get. He told me the young lady didn't know what she was talking about and she should have come to ask him then proceeded to show me pens. I thought it was a bit disrespectful to say that and if that were true why is she working there however being the owner I assumed he knew what he was talking about. He convinced me to spend 3 times the amount I would have spent on the nectar collector and it was not simple and easy to use as he promised. I feel taken advantage of.

Omg the old man at this place is so nasty. Me and my sister went here cuz it's close to our job and a girl we work with told us they will give us a discount but they are priced a little high. We figured we would check it out for our outfits. The shoes this old man tried to sell us were falling apart and flaking all over the place. He tried to tell us that we could paint or repair them ourselves and this is why they were discounted. Why do I want to buy shoes that look used and I need to fix myself- is he kidding me? There was a lady that was trying to help us but when she showed my sister the pair of shoes she was actually buying the old man got nasty with her and took over. She was cool and tried to help us find what we wanted, ran in the back for us a couple times and showed my sister the actual pair of shoes my sister was getting. This scamming old man seemed like he was mad she was honest and he was trying to sell us these disgusting shoes without showing us how messed up they were then trying to excuse it by saying he would give them to us for $20 and how easy it would be to fix them. WTF kinda stuff is that? When we was getting ready to leave at the counter still trying to decide on the outfits this guy was so rude and tried to rush us to pay and leave. I was mad now and didn't want to get anything. I asked him why he was rushing us when we was the only customers in the store? He mumble something but we was done with this old man and this store. How is he trying to rush us when we are spending money? We told him we ain't want anything now and left. This place was charging too much anyway and the discount don't make up for what they are charging. We got nicer outfits and shoes that were not falling apart right down the street for like half the price and we took as long as we wanted. Old man at this place was so rude to us and the lady there. Would never go back and telling the girls I work with they should go to the other place down the street cuz this place charges too much, tried to sell stuff that's falling apart, doesn't give refunds or exchanges and has bad customer service.

Love!! For being one of the oldest businesses in the neighborhood,it's the only reason I will ever return to Highlandtown when I'm in town. Otherwise, they do ship a variety of adult products from tobacco to personal. The staff here, especially Karen, are not only incredibly friendly, but are knowledgable and discreet. Prices are a plus!! As a frequent customer, I will always recommend this shop!!

I have been going to Firefly for years. Very friendly and helpful staff. If they don't have something that you are looking for, ask, if it's not in the back somewhere they might be able to order it for you.
