I’ve had this jingling sound on my car for a bit and no other shop could figure out the issue. I brought my car in for an oil change and didn’t even tell them about the jingling, but they were able to find the issue just based on their standard inspection. I also got new brakes and tires (which I knew I needed).
For all the work they did on my car, it was finished super fast (1 day). Eddie was also super nice and let me use some coupons.
This was my first time at this shop but deff plan on going back. They seem honest and didn’t even upsell me like other shops do.

I needed 1 tire but they told me that I’d have to buy 4 because they don’t sell just 1… it was the closest place to where I got the flat. So I went somewhere else!

I’d been to this spot a few years ago and had good experiences in the past. When I had a flat tire, I was hoping for something similar but, this time was the complete opposite.
They told me one of the tires had a nail, and they couldn’t patch it. They said the front tires had a warranty because I’d purchased those from them before, but not the rear ones. So they wanted me to buy (two) new tires and get a wheel alignment for $460. When I hesitated, the guy tried to sell me their credit card offering a discount said “you tell me what it would take to get you to sign up for this credit card”. I declined and asked to take my car back, and magically they realized I had a warranty on my back tires and offered to sell me one of the tires for $60.
This rubbed me the wrong way and I lost all my trust in them. I asked them to fill the tire up and that I would take it elsewhere. When I got there the tire was not even filled.
Horrible experience, will not be going back.

Had an appointment to get a tire patched that had a slow leak and an oil change days in advance. Dropped my car off at 9am and then I don’t hear back until 6pm. I asked to pick it up the next day which is fine but as soon as I start the car I had low tire pressure again. Eddie looks at it for 1min(just to put more air in it) and says he can’t find a problem and has the audacity to try to sell me all new tires when he can’t find a $30 dollar solution. They didn’t even refund the $30 tire plug that they couldn’t find.

It was 4:45pm on a Sunday when my tire unexpectedly blew out. I called Firestone with my fingers crossed but honestly didn’t expect to receive service at this time of the day/week. Eddie told me to come right in, and made sure I was well taken care of. Even after a mishap with the lug nuts on my wheel caused some issues, he still persisted and ensured me that I’d be alright. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, Eddie, and thank you, Firestone.

I just want to say everyone here was absolutely amazing. Each and every person was so friendly and extremely helpful. I typically feel like I’m being taken advantage of whenever I have to have something done to my car but today has really changed my mind. A special shout out to Rob for going above and beyond. I am definitely a forever customer.

Was there too long also I was told to come in and when I got there they told me that they couldn't get to me. Twice wasting my time.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Made an appointment days in advance with Eddie to check an electrical issue. I specifically told Eddie, AAA had just installed a brand new battery. On the day the Jeep was there I didn’t hear anything so I called to get an update. Eddie tells me he wasn’t going to work on the car because too many people dropped their cars of that day. When I reminded Eddie that I made an appointment days in advance, he changed the reason for delay; “short on technicians coming to work” Hearing him fumble around for an excuse, gave me pause, along with the other horrible reviews I was reading as he was considering a day they might get to the Jeep… So I told him that my daughter would just get the car the very next day and NOT to work on the car. I specifically ask if I had a balance for the car. Eddie said “no balance”- all good - just come and pick up the car.
Turns out the next day, Eddie had called my daughter and told her she had a balance of nearly $300 for the new battery they installed. So I called Eddie and asked what’s going on???
He said, oh yeah…we had some time, so we decided to go ahead and install the battery. The battery was new when he got the car. It was driven, not towed to FH/Firestone. (And still starts with that same battery now) When I reminded him of all this, he couldn’t really say anything, expect he was expecting the car to be picked up in the morning, instead of the afternoon… so he “worked on it” I said NOPE …
He said okay… he’ll put the AAA battery back in and no charge. I would not recommend the Firestone on Hanover St in Federal Hill …There’s a pattern here and it’s not a good one

Emergency service to fix a flat was quick and friendly. Ashley put us in touch with a very responsive tow truck company, White Huff, and squeezed us into the schedule when we arrived. Everyone was fabulous!

Made a mid-morning appointment a little while back with about a week’s notice, showed up about 10 min early, was told I couldn’t be fit in for the rest of the day because they were short staffed. Understandable, things happen, employees call out, but how about reviewing your appointments for the day and calling customers asking to reschedule instead of wasting their time having them show up and bring their car just to be told sorry can’t fit ya in today.
