Brakes and roters replaced on front Tuesday had to return Thursday car has vibration in front at 40 mph and up. I was told roters were bad needed replaced again. Waited 2 hours car was done had to return same Thursday vibration is still there. Manager has me waiting to drive with him in ten minutes at 11 and it's now 11:15 still waiting. Never bring your car here for service they only do oil changes always use the dealer AES certified means nothing here. Never again waste of my time and $600...MINUS 1 STAR!!

I came 2 days in a row to get my truck serviced. I informed them about my silverrock account and basically they didn't want to do the work. I was told that they don't deal with silverrock because they never pays. They need to do better on both sides. This is poor business practices by silverrock and Firestone.

Biggest waste of my time. Made an online appointment and went in on 7/22 for an oil change and complete vehicle inspection. They got my name wrong and listed it as Shannon with a totally different address on my invoice…no biggie. On 7/26 I was pulled over for a brake light being out. I scheduled ANOTHER appointment online for 7/29 to have the recommended brake work done AND to have the brake light repaired that they missed on the complete vehicle inspection. They again listed my name wrong. Today I learned light was NEVER REPLACED. I hope they actually did the $500+ brake rotor and pad replacement that I paid for, unlike the brake light. I called the shop when I found this out and they told me to bring it in tomorrow morning?? Are you kidding??? I already wasted so much time and money here—at the very least, you owe me for the brake light repair that you charged, but did not do. Will never be back to this location and probably will avoid Firestone in the future.

BEWARE!! This place tried to rip me off big time. First it was $1,000 on the phone to replace front struts. Then when we left it there they put it up on the rack and said it was going to be $1,600 for struts and then they told me my back brakes were bad because they were "Rusty" and I had just changed them, break parts get rusty. They also wanted to change my back shocks which were tested as not bad at another shop. I'm not sure of the total cost but it would have been probably well over $2,500. They would not take the car down off the lift even when I asked him to and they told me they didn't know where the technician was even though I'm sure I just saw him . They wanted me to come out and look at the work I had already done my self. I ended up getting the problem fixed for $400 at another shop. It turned out it was just a simple front right strut replacement.

Over the past few years Firestone has saved me thousands of dollars on repairs and service. The Hyundai dealership prices are much higher, and the dealership often recommended repairs that Firestone found unnecessary (and they were never wrong). After years of being up-sold by they dealer, I appreciate the good communication and low-pressure transaction.

I came in on Wednesday May 22, 2024 with an alternator and battery problem that happened unexpectedly. The customer service I received from the mechanic was exceptional. He explained my problem thoroughly and was very patient. My encounter with the 2 ladies at the service desk was beyond helpful. Their attitude was positive throughout my whole experience. Never once did they get frustrated with me nor did they show any frustration. I was the frustrated one because I wasn’t financially equipped to get my truck fixed but they helped me with resolutions to start the process. I am grateful to have had this experience as bad as it seemed at first but they stuck through it with me and helped me until I was able to drive my truck home even though I couldn’t get it fixed by Firestone. Thank you ladies for providing me with exceptional customer service and staying so positive in my stressful situation. God bless you and I hope you get the biggest raise along with a promotion lol.

I paid $390 for service that did not solve my problem. I came in on Wednesday because my engine was running hot, and a hose was replaced and engine flushed. Thursday went in with the same problem and a radiator cap was replaced. Friday I was back again. I told the rep that when I turn on the air conditioner the car overheats. Finally, they diagnosed a radiator fan as being the problem and to fix, it could cost me over $400. Since there are several reasons that an engine would overheat, that should have been looked at initially. So much for diagnostics.

I had a pre-scheduled oil change for today. Arrived 20 minutes early, and it took two hours to complete while I waited.
