I delivered my car to them at 1:00 pm on one day, to get a headlight bulb replaced. It was not ready an hour after the shop opened the next morning! I realized the problem: I saw they had a shop bay filled-up with cars, and was told they only had "one" -- count 'em 1 -- technician working! When I asked for the car back, the poor, overworked technician rushed to install the bulb. It took 5 minutes.

They were able to accommodate a same day request for service, did the work and finished at the time promised. I was able to drive away knowing a big concern was eliminated! Thank you!

I’ve had to walk in twice over the past few months and was never made to feel as if I was a burden. They identified the issue, didn’t try to upsell me, and handled things in a timely manner at a great price. This is my go to spot for auto service in Baltimore.

Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Scheduled an appointment today at 1pm. arrived a couple minutes early. it is now 2:12 and I am still sitting in the waiting area and work still has not began on my vehicle. An hour and 30 minutes wait and care has not been started as of yet even with making an appointment. what's the point of scheduling an appointment.

They were able to make a same-day appointment to have my car aligned. The person who checked me in was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and informative. The person who checked me out was also incredibly pleasant, helpful, and friendly, too! I will come back to this location.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!A HASSLE TURNED INTO A SECURITY NIGHTMARE PLEASE READ!!! YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!!- brake check took 5 days, when I originally made an appointment to wait in the store until it was done. I had to walk home when they said they couldn’t do it that day…- afterwards, I asked them to put my keys in my truck and lock them in there(I have a code to get in)- DAVE SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME HE WOULD LOCK THE KEYS IN THE TRUCK- I show up last night, after they’re closed, NOT ONLY ARE MY KEYS NOT IN THERE, THE TRUCK IS UNLOCKED, SITTING IN THEIR PARKING LOT! IF ANY BURGLARS WANT A GOOD PLACE TO LOOT CARS, GO TO FIRESTONE, THEY DON’T LOCK THEIR CLIENTS VEHICLES!!!!!- I call this morning, and the first thing that Dave says is “I asked a tech to lock the keys in your truck, I GUESS HE DIDN’T GET AROUND TO IT”- DAVE IS A JOKE, HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS BUD, AND YOUR WHOLE OPERATION IS A JOKE TOO

My car was with Firestone since 2/09/23 until September when I took my car there My front bumper an my navigation system was fine when I picked my car up my front bumper was hanging off an my navigation was in another language I tried to resolve my issues with there store representative Dave but was unable to get my issues resolved I then called the corporate office I was given a claim number only to be shut down again there was a walk around performed on my vehicle the day it went in there to the Firestone on York Rd. in Baltimore,MD 21212 I am very unhappy with the way that service is dealing with my issues!!

Called to ask how long an oil change would take, was told an hour and a half, so I made an appointment. Dropped car off at 11am, was told I would get a call when ready. Didn’t hear a word by 3pm so I called. Was then told 40 minutes. I show up at 3:45 and my car has not moved from the spot I parked it that morning. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for them to do it when I showed up. Terrible service

I made an appointment for 11 AM and was told there was someone available right away to take care of my car. Mind you, I was just coming in for an oil change and a brake light that was out. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and a half but they would call me when they finished the comprehensive check.I heard nothing so I called at 2:30 PM (because I needed the car to pick my children up from school) and the person I spoke to inexplicably could not find my car or the person who was supposedly working on it.He said he would call me back in 15 minutes.TWO HOURS LATER, I decided I would call again because I still had heard nothing and I was genuinely wondering where my car had gone at this point. The same guy answered (I didn’t get his name) and said he would have someone START working on the car right away - this was around 4:30. There was no apology, no explanation - he told me this as if I hadn’t already been waiting 5 hours, or as if he personally told me he’d call me back in 15 minutes and then never did.My car was ready at 6 PM. Unbelievable for a simple oil change to take 7 hours. Especially when I had specifically made an appointment for 11AM. Luckily I was able to make other arrangements for my kids to be picked up from school. They did also fix my brake light but didn’t bother to tell me how much that would cost beforehand, like I was told they would do.I will not be returning to Firestone.

The quality of services are not great at all, the worker liar all the time because the parts or tool have not come in as scheduled. But they will string you along without calling or texting the customer. The service required is poor because they didn't accommodate or give me an alternative solution at all. They need friendly staff to complete the task dealing with customers.

Don’t go to this store, especially if you are white. I had an appointment and when I checked in with the white gut behind the desk, he took my information and when I asked how long it would be, I was told about an hour. Half hour later I noticed that my car was still sitting in the parking lot and I went back to the desk and I asked the other guy African-American, how long it would be and I told him that the other guy told me it would be about an hour and when I said, I’m confused because my car is still sitting in the lot and they haven’t even started working on it yet, he said I was being condescending, which all I did was ask a question, he handed me my keys and told me to leave. They are racist and again, if you’re white, do not go there.

I have been a customer of theirs for years, but I moved from Riverdale Md, to Parkville, Baltimore and the truth is that the last thing that was damaged in my van is the engine cap where the old oil is extracted, I tried to contact them, but they answer and leave you waiting on the phone until you get tired, poor service from the staff who do the work and from those who answer the phone.

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They don't even deserve a star. First they made me wait 3hours + for scheduled appointments on different occasions. Secondly they always seemed to find extra things to fix when I came in for something different and when getting a second opinion turns out they were lien just to get extra cash. I would never ever visit here again and recommend people to go esle where if they want great service. Fyi they never answer the phone.Service: Tires
