The employees are very professional and knowledgeable and are readily willing to work with the customers to understand and solve their car problems. From simple oil change to complex auto repair problems, this is the best place in Baltimore one should go to.I recommend them highly.

While I think plugging is a bit expensive these days, when I went to Firestone today. Which happens to be Sunday, they took care of me quickly. My ture had a nail it it, so they plugged it for me. The tech didn't mind expediting it so that I can make it to pick up my eye glasses. The gentleman working the register was very helpful. He noticed the nail in my tire as he was putting air in it. I appreciate their service today.

Family been coming here for years and always was satisfied. Recently went in for one specific thing ended up having to do a whole lot more after they looked at it spending over $2000 and still had a problem. However the new store manager was a big help with making sure that what needed to be repaired after they already fixed it was done, so I’m new management, but they may have to retrain one mechanic

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to say the staff here are amazing. From the front desk with James to the mechanic Myron. They took care of me and the car in a fast and courteous manner. They are very professional and helpful. I was so happy and appreciative of Myron who took care of my car issues and had me out of there in no time. I highly recommend everyone comes here. They are professional and knowledgeable. The service was fast too! Thank you James and Myron!

Great service. Can be a little busy to help you upon arrival. Being in charge of phone calls slows things down. 2023 Update: Since having a newer worker there the price I usually pay for an oil change went up. And was told it was always that price. I paid for an oil change for years at that location and got told no it was always another price.

We had a last minute flat tire on our way out for Thanksgiving and they went above and beyond to help us (this was near closing time too!!) They even ran to another shop down the road to find the right tire for us. If you want great service Rogies Randall and Nyzeria Myron are the people you need! Thank you both for your help. This Thanksgiving, we are especially thankful for you.

They completely messed up my vehicle. I had gone just to do an oil change since I had a good experience last time. As I was picking up my vehicle, the guy on the counter tells me to take my vehicle to the dealership as I am having transmission issues. I paid $99 to do an oil change. My car was stalling as I was driving home. Next day, I take it to the dealership. The technician at the dealership asked me if I had an oil change done recently, I did let her know that yes I did have an oil change the day before. The technician at the dealership then informs me that the technician who worked on my oil change drained my transmission fluid and added extra oil to my engine which completely messed up my vehicle. The dealership then informs me that they have to fix my transmission fluid which is costing me $479 in addition to another oil change which will cost $79. In addition if any damages to the transmission there will be additional charges. Firestone is completely responsible for this disaster they did to my vehicle. Please be careful going to this location. You can certainly see as they have no caring for their customers and clearly not knowledgeable about vehicles.

The worst customer service if you have a claim it takes 3 business days to speak to a claims advisor weekends it longerTry calling it will go to voicemailClaim advisor name was Chet. Yet to hear from him.He must be very busy because he must be having plenty of claims to attend. Never take your car to Firestone. They are very unprofessional.
