Came in just to get a simple tire replacement that had a slow leak from a screw. The guy at the front desk told me it would take an 1hr- 1hr 1/2 tops to get it done. I left and came back after an hr and my van was still outside parked in the same spot I’d left it.
They didn’t even start working on it until 3 1/2 hrs later and it took a total of 4 hrs until they were finally done. They had definitely forgotten about my vehicle, and to top it off, they didn’t even fill the new tire to the correct psi.

If I could give no stars I would. They didn't fix the problem

They damaged the oil cap when they changed the oil and had to take to another auto place to fix the damage. They had stripped the screw and was leaking oil and they refused to admit fault. I will never use this place again.

Will never come back. They do additional work on your car without telling you which effects your tire condition later on to where you would have to buy another tire. They lost my trust.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The workers called me out of my name and cursed me out all because I did not tip for service they told me they were not going to do for me. They changed the tire at the last minute because they saw I was going to do it myself then proceeded to be disrespectful. I will never set foot in that place of business again

Had an appointment scheduled, no one was available during my scheduled appointment, and the only guy working had no clue if/when they’d arrive. He then tried to sell me tires under the table and told me I could go to a used tire shop to get them installed.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop unprofessional and very disorganized

This place handled my walk-in tire issue. Kind, quick, honest.
Just because it's in the hood, don't make it a bad place.
Recommended!

If i could give a 0 i would.Never again will I go again. Took my car at 10 am. For swaying. Recommended changing trailer arms. They order 3 different set from exact part number. (Exact part number) None of the 3 fit. So they now want to keep the car until they order the right part. 2 3 or even 4 days. Or bring it back to trial and error the repair Per manager. Heard bad reviews (even from a auto parts store in the same shopping center) but because of convience I over looked them. A bunch of young ppl works there.
It needs to be shut down. If they treated me as a paying customer with lack of respect and commitment. WOW

Do not ever under any circumstances take your car to this place! I got charged over $2,000 of services and my car was still not fixed. I took my car to Firestone back in February of 2024 because the engine light had came on and the vehicle was cutting off they perform a diagnostic on the 15th and told us that the Fuel Pump and some Timing Parts needed to be replaced on the vehicle. That total after parts, labor and taxes came up to $1, 167.27 after about maybe a month and a half the engine light kick right back on and the car shut off again so we took it back to Firestone to get looked at.
On April 17th of 2024 Firestone performed another diagnostic. This time they replace the Oxygen Sensor, Fuel Pump Sensor, Engine Air Box. The total of that visit including parts, labor and taxes was $1,045.99. After about maybe 2 weeks the engine light kick right back on in the vehicle this time it completely stopped working. They told us that they performed every diagnostic on the vehicle and that there was nothing else that could be done. If you charge somebody $2,213.26 for both visits you want that vehicle to be fixed. I would definitely not under any circumstances recommend this Firestone to anyone.

Only come here for oil changes and tire patches, beyond that they are useless. To them "diagnosis" means telling you manufacturer suggestions instead of actually inspecting the car to find the issue. There are plenty of reliable mechanic shops in the area, consider supporting a local business instead of another corporation.

Don’t trust a single word they say. Went for an oil change and they said I needed a new battery, a new tire, and that my tail lights were out. I got a second opinion on the battery and tires, and upon visual inspection it was super obvious that none of my tail lights were out. Just straight up lied to me. Worst customer service ever, rude and standoff-ish. Go literally anywhere else.

The worst experience I have ever had. I will never if I can help it visit a fire stone in my life. If this is with considers customer service and dependability and reliability and ethical moral business practices, they should be sued.
Do not trust what they say. Do not book your appointment. They will always have open slots when all the other Firestones don’t it’s because people don’t go there. or trust to get their car serviced there. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
