Mike and Amanda were amazing in helping my husband and I to purchase our first home! With a very quick closing, during a holiday weekend, they both did immaculate work to keep us on a quick timeline. Mike helped us qualify for the right grants and guide us through the process, and Amanda had impeccable attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I worked with Allan Gushue and I really mean it when I say: He is the best. As first time home buyers, we felt a little clueless going into it but Allan and his team took the time to answer our questions. They were always kind, encouraging, and I felt as though they were really on our side. Not only were we impressed, but our realtor and settlement officer were raving about how responsive, on-the-ball, and easy-to-work with Allan was. Not to mention, they also seemed impressed with the loan we were able to get. I rarely leave reviews like this, but I really felt compelled to after our great experience with First Home Mortgage.

Working with Ann E. Palrang and the First Home Mortgage team made everything easy and understandable during the house buying process.Ann was always friendly and quick to respond and really is the reason why my fiancé and I were able to purchase our first home. We cannot thank Ann and her team enough!

Dan made my home buying experience so easy! I was a first time home buyer, so I truly knew nothing about the whole process, especially getting approved for a loan. Dan explained everything, took all my phone calls (there were a lot) and was very responsive. I highly recommend Dan and his team!
