I was quite disappointed to see that there were NO and I mean absolutely not one Apple phone charger in the store at all. I understand due to the cost-effective price that they will naturally be the first items to leave the shelves however I expect that since the staff at Five Below are well aware of the demand for this product that they would see it absolutely prudent to keep the supply optimally stocked. Other than that huge disappointment…its Five Below and who wouldn't love a good deal such as a $5 item.

I had a bunch of kids with me took them out for the day. My son was telling his friends that his dad is loaded and he'll buy us whatever we want so I played along,I told them you guys could get whatever you want today. 5 things each whatever it is don't care how much it cost.
Should have seen their face when we pulled up at this place.

That place was very chaotic... The staff was unhappy, very young, and you can't tell who was in charge... I only go there Christmas time and only for stocking stuffers ... This is why

This store is located in a mini mall shopping area next door to Ulta, target and some restaurants. Anyways, this is actually the first five below that doesn't say
"welcome in". It's noticeable if you're an out of towner like me. Also, this location (not sure if it's a Baltimore thing) doesn't provide bags for free. If you require a bag, you have to pay for a paper one. This location also doesn't have self checkout and there's only 1 person behind the register who moves slowly, so the wait time can be rather long. Lastly, there's an on going message on the radio/loudspeaker that cautions against shoplifting rather than playing music. Lol it's just a different store.

The cashier had a problem with his device and charged my card after telling me nothing went through. In my account, it was pending, so I believe him. A day later, I was charged but took nothing from the store. Came back to resolve the situation but no one help I was told to send a email. This is a mess I will miss shopping here but never again.

Came in here after work today and was followed around by some guy with little braids in his hair....I come in here often as I work next door...he seemed to only be following me around, always there everytime I looked over my shoulder. I had my uniform on clearly with money to spend. I left my whole cart full of items inside. It's hard to shop at places that make you feel THIS UNCOMFORTABLE. Especially as a black person..meanwhile there were several people STEALING while he was watching me. I come to this location frequently. I will take the trip to the closest location next time.

The only part that sucks is allowed inventory is on the floor not put away, it was hard to shop around the store, with all the boxes in the way of everything
