When I arrived around 7:39 PM just to get one item the employee tried to lock the doors on me but lucky no clue how I was able to open when it was locked and when I got in the store the employee caught a rude attitude when he said they were closed when it wasn't even 8:00 PM yet... Never coming back to this location because how rude the employee was to most of the people rushing them out the store before close time and by the way I will be contacting corporate on this location as well.

The cleanest Five Below I have ever set foot in. Literally. Organized, staff was very pleasant and they have everything. Definitely will be back.

Arrived on 12/23 @ 9:40pm and the employees were locking up the store . However all five below locations outside of malls list 11pm closure for the holidays.

I LOOOOOVE THIS STORE
I ALWAYS SPEND MORE THAN ANTICIPATED BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE GREAT ITEMS WITH AWESOME PRICES AND AMAZING QUALITY. THERE'S SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE INCLUDING PETS. DEFINITELY SURPASSES THE DOLLAR STORE CHAINS

The store overall is nice and well-stocked, but I had an uncomfortable experience during my visit. The lady in the picture followed me and my brother around the entire time we were there. It felt really unsettling, especially since we were the only Latinos in the store, and no one else seemed to be followed. This made the experience quite unpleasant.

I'm in front of this store at 8 pm and was told that they are closed, when the website says that they are open until 9:30. I was here on a Sunday at 6:30 and was told that they where closed when the website say 8pm

Every single time I try and go to this Five Below the employees always close 1 hour or a half an hour early and don't let you in. When clearly online it says it's open. They need to have better management because they are going to lose business if this is happening every weekday. What's the point of posting your hours if you aren't going to follow them?

I drove out to this Five Below on Sunday, July 28th. I got there 5 mins before 4 pm, so around 3:55 pm. Online it says that they are open until 6 pm on Sundays. As I go to open the door, an employee tells me I need to leave because they’re closed. Please update your hours online so people do not waste their time/gas driving out just for you to be closed.

Absolutely love this store it’s clean everyone super friendly and helpful and they have so much of everything not one shelf wasn’t stocked. Definitely will be returning 👍👍👍👍👍
