Store is neat and clean but customer service is not great. The store trying to prevent theft and watching every move shopping. It found lots of fun gift items and personal items for low prices. It is a great place to get room decor, a journal, Japanese snacks, tshirts, dog accessories, skincare, gym items, cell phone power banks and holiday decor. Just opened today and looks amazing.

The Alameda Five Below was well stocked, organized and the Manager Tina has exceptional customer service!

Store is neat and clean but the customer service is not great. I understand they are trying to prevent theft, but I don't like shopping and having someone watching my every move.
