Shay (sorry, that's not her full name but I'm going to ruin the spelling, but I think it's Ny'Shay) is AMAZING. Without her help, I would've said 1. Seriously. Trish is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Condescending, dismissive, rude and self-important. Go see Shay. She should be running the whole show over there. Simultaneously helping two of us, all of us giving input and helping and I was like, GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!! She hadn't even put down her lunch or purse because she was about to leave and still helped us with ZERO rush in her. I was amazed. Carney is lucky to have her!!
