I WOULD NEVER shop here , they need to close this store down TBH !!! nobody asks if you need help they stay in the back and be on phones and talk to the other employees as if they don’t see you it was 3 employees the other day last Friday (A bald man , a girl with a curly bush and another lady) you would think they have class to say “hey how can I help you” nope not once rude ignorant people

AVOID THIS STORE! During checkout, the cashier told me that the leggings were 2 for $12 and pointed to where they were located. I mentioned that I didn’t see any leggings there, so she sent an associate to help me find another pair only for us to discover there were no leggings in that area. When I returned, she casually said, “Oh, we must have moved them.”
I paid for my items and left, but later that day, I realized the accessories I purchased weren’t in my bag, even though they were listed on my receipt. I suspect she removed them from my bag when I went to look for the “leggings”.
This is the second time something like this has happened at this location. i will be contacting corporate!

Looks bright and clean and organized but the music was so loud. I made a return and couldn't really hear the cashier. Made it unpleasant to shop so I didn't stay even though I had a discount.

The cashier was more concerned with being on her phone with her back towards the line than actually assisting customers. She had the nerve to have an attitude when I said “excuse me” to let her know there were people in line. That is your job! Very rude service the past 2 times I’ve been in.

Forever 21 has truly improved over the years. A lot more options, the store isn't super crowded with racks clothes, and they have great sales. I have a medium size/curvy body and I'm super happy they have clothes to accommodate me, especially jeans! Jeans are buy one get another paid 50% off so you know I had to rack up. I found some cute tops and finished my shopping trip with some accessories. So glad they had enough staff to accommodate the dressing room and move the lines right along.
