The cashier was more concerned with being on her phone with her back towards the line than actually assisting customers. She had the nerve to have an attitude when I said “excuse me” to let her know there were people in line. That is your job! Very rude service the past 2 times I’ve been in.

Forever 21 has truly improved over the years. A lot more options, the store isn't super crowded with racks clothes, and they have great sales. I have a medium size/curvy body and I'm super happy they have clothes to accommodate me, especially jeans! Jeans are buy one get another paid 50% off so you know I had to rack up. I found some cute tops and finished my shopping trip with some accessories. So glad they had enough staff to accommodate the dressing room and move the lines right along.

Pretty standard forever 21 in my opinion. Obviously not high end clothing. This particular location is a bit unorganized and the associates clearly don't want to be there. They usually are chatting and act as though you're bothering them when you need help or want to check out. But they do have reasonable prices and my kid loves this store so it is what it is lol.

Tried to by a gift card, website kept crashing so they couldn't process the transaction, I declined to do business with them since they couldn't produce what I wanted to buy for a birthday party that day. They charged my card anyway, without authorization. When I challenged this, they said no returns. I said, I have nothing to return, you never gave me anything to return. they then tried to sell me a new gift card, I refused, since the party was over two weeks ago and i bought another gift. Customer service, when called, just says no returns and hangs up on you.

I just left Forever 21 in White Mars Mall and was helped by the kindest employee, Tamar. Tamar was extremely helpful in finding what I needed (leather leggings) and if you're looking for a great shopping experience, go when Tamar is working!!!
