I lived in Gallery Tower for a year a thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Everyone who worked in the building were truly amazing and made living there very safe and comfortable. Huge shout out to Fantasia and Mylan especially.

Gallery Tower is a great place to live! Nice location, clean/safe building, and really friendly staff. Fantasia made the entire move-in process smooth and efficient, I am so grateful for her help. It has been a great experience living here!

This was the first place I visited when looking for an apartment.
Approaching the tour, I noticed the security measures by the Gallery Tower which was a main priority for me. I was satisfied to see how they valued safety with the different features.
The tour was lead by Manuel who was friendly and answered all my questions. It was fantastic and even applied to lease the same day. The team— Fantasia, Manuel, and others— were helpful and gave proper guidance throughout the whole process.
In my limited time here, I am impressed with all the services and deeply appreciative of the staff who are always so supportive.
Although this was the first place on the list, it was the right decision to go with the Gallery Tower.

The 24/7 manned front desk with entry control into the lobby provides a safe place to stay. Packages are received and securely stored near the front desk, preventing theft. The location is fantastic, with the added convenience of being near a Johns Hopkins shuttle bus stop. All the staff here are very friendly and welcoming.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my move-in experience with Fantasia, Manuel, and the rest of the team.

Absolutely fantastic reception staff, concierge, management, and maintenance team-- Fantasia in particular went above and beyond to assist with my move-in and had been nothing but kind, professional and helpful after I settled in.
There is a nice mix of older students, small families, & professionals here who use facilities responsibly & respect quiet early and late hours. With controlled access & concierge present to receive packages I felt completely secure and knew deliveries would be safely received and held. Couldn't have felt more fortunate here!

I really enjoy being a tenant here at Gallery Tower. The front desk staff and leasing office are always so helpful, polite, and professional. My building is clean, safe, and I don't have any issues with my neighbors. The maintenance staff are always attentive, respectful, and very adept at what they do. I know that whenever I call on them for a task they will always get the job done and have clear communication with me when they are in my apartment.
I wish I could give it 5 stars, but my one and only hang up is wishing that I could have control over the heating/AC unit. During the summers and winters the heating and cooling are great. It's just those transition periods of Fall and Spring that can be very uncomfortable. Regardless, I would still recommend anyone to move here!

I’ve lived here for over 5 years and I honestly have zero complaints. No package theft, no unauthorized guests, no strange smells or vermin or any of the other nonsense I read about on other apartment reviews. Management and staff are very kind, and maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner. The only thing that would make my experience better, would be hardwood floors, or new carpet. Lol! People complain about everything and it’s honestly appalling to see such behavior from fully grown adults. This place deserves higher reviews and I’ve had a wonderful experience as a 5-year resident. So, here we are.

The building itself is nice, and the location is great. Management is incredibly disorganized, and does not properly communicate. They’ve lost legal documents and created fraudulent charges on the residential portal.I was denied access to the apartment building while still being a paying resident, due to the leasing staff deactivating my key fob. Despite bringing it to their attention several times, it was never reactivated.

Overall living here was a good experience. I really enjoyed the location of the place, the friendly and helpful 24/7 front desk staff and the quick responded maintenance team. However, things started going downhill in the past couple years, but I was fine with all the changes. What really bothered me was the frequent false fire alarms triggered in the middle of night or early morning. Recently I had a new neighbor moved in next door who smokes 24/7 which made my cat got accurate asthma symptoms and made me physically sick as well. After communicated with the property management team, I was told that there isn't much they can do because it is not a non-smoking building. They can't ask resident to smoke outside. All they can do is to seal the gaps in the outlets on the shared wall next day which obviously didn't solve the problem at all. I had to break the lease and move out as soon as I can for my and my pet's health concerns.

My boyfriend lived here for 2 years. The front desk staff was always amazing, that is the best thing about this building. During that time, the hot water would frequently be low or gone while showering. When trying to figure out the price to re-up the lease, we looked for the leasing agent repeatedly and they were never on-site.However, what makes this review one star is their dishonest charging practices AFTER you decide to leave. They advertise themselves as very pet-friendly but the hidden catch is they will charge against your security deposit to replace all carpets, even though landlords in the state of Maryland cannot legally charge to replace from normal wear and tear. My boyfriend took great care of the place, no stains or tears or burns or anything in the carpets. So just know that you've got a whole apartment's carpet replacement charge coming if you move here with a pet.Additionally they claimed they had replaced the carpet in his unit before he got there, which we know is a straight up lie because we know the previous tenants of this apartment. They are just illegally trying to increase their profits to make up for all their vacant units. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid moving here. I will update if they reach out and fix this.

It is good place in general but not the best for sureThey really make water shut down frequently and sometimes didn’t notice the residents there, so in the middle of taking bath ooops no water???? it was frustratingHowever, the reception staff are good people
