Terrible service, the store manager with the long hair is always rude. Once when I went to buy a video game he was very nasty with me for not pre-ordering the game and another time when I went to buy pokemon cards he had an attitude like he didn't feel like be bothered. He should be fired...won't be shopping here again and a shame too I used to go to this gamestop when I was a kid and never had any problems.

was there for the prismatic evolution release and the store only had a few blister packs and it was like 30 people in the line waiting for an hour. The manager comes and does not even put a limit on to how many people could buy. The manager here is a complete moron and should be fired

My husband visited this location on Black Friday and was racially profiled by the store clerk two security personnel/officers who made a remark to the clerk that if he were robbing him, why didn't he open the window. My husband just wanted to purchase a game.

They say they open at 12pm
But its well past 12:30 and they still not open
Wanted to grab something before I had to head to work but their laziness is more important I guess

Arrived at 12 noon. Waited until 1:00p when I guy with Dreads pulls up. He goes into the store, I walk up as he is opening and he tells me I have to wait an additional 30 mins. I came on my lunch break only for me to get back to work 1.5 hours late because they neglected to open on time. This location needs employees that can open and be PROFESSIONAL! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Been here half a dozen times. They are supposed to open at 12pm however the earliest they have opened was 12:23 pm. Typically between 12:45-1:30. Lazy people

They dont greet you at all and got a speaker saying your being recorded walking in which is sad. They must have a high theft rate

Place is not open during business hours so I assume it is no longer operating. This location needs to be updated to not fool people they open and functioning.

People are helpful and friendly and I even got a suggestion for a new game for me and my friend's to game night on!
