Amie was wonderful! She was so patient and helpful. I left feeling relief that I did not have to wait on hold or be connected to explain my situation to more than 1 person over and over. Also, I was in and out of the office quickly! Amie's follow up emails were speedy and always informative.

After waiting what felt like forever, I reached out to agent Lori because I qualified for extra discounts. I had previously did a quote online and she followed up with me. Not only was I able to get better car insurance-including more than my previous provider. She was patient, understanding, made my time feel valuable & navigated each step of the way. Whether it’s your first auto policy or 29th, Lori gave her expertise and explained in a way to help her audience understand than most people you deal with. I wasn’t talking to just a company, but a human being. Someone who cared. Even when it became time for the bad news, I was not mad or irate with Lorie (sorry in advanced for the spelling) because she handled it with care and explained every detail I had questions about. If your supervisor read these reviews- you deserve more. Whatever you’re making, add another 0 and it’s still not enough. Lori you are absolutely incredible. This isn’t enough but hopefully you will be recognized and appreciated. Normally I say I do these surveys/reviews but don’t commit to doing them. But, I would not do right by you in silence Lori. Thank you again!

Lori was most helpful and patient with me. She took her time and explained things thoroughly. We explored things that worked and those that did not. She is an invaluable advisor, most pleasant to work with and she saved me hundreds of dollars as well for the auto and home policies.
