Terrible, constantly get notifications that scripts are ready and when I go to pick them up (sometimes 6 to 8 hours later), they're not ready. This has happened a dozen times over the last year or two. Miss Roz is the only saving grace, otherwise they'd only get one star. Severely disappointing.

I have never been to this pharmacy. But due to mines shutting down this was the next closest pharmacy so I had my meds sent here. and I want to start to off by saying you don’t answer the phone saying “what do you want” that’s so ghetto and unprofessional. And I told her that! Idc how long the line is or how many ppl you have to service! As quick as they gained a new customer is gonna be as quick as they lose me because that’s an horrible experience for someone who is new coming over to this pharmacy!

This pharmacy is outstanding when it comes to customer service. The negative reviews that some people have is of course their opinions but try going to CVS and you'll see the difference in service. Everytime I've picked up a prescription the price is cheaper and I've been treated with respect and withprofessionalism from the entire staff especially from Rosalynn. You call and they answer the phone at Giant and you can't get thru to CVS at all so I stopped getting certain scripts there . I recommend this pharmacy over any other in the area.

The pharmacy is so slow. They are very sweet people tho. The one lady will stop what she is doing with you to start helping someone else and it just waste alot of time . The wait is ridiculous. Weather they have 1 pharmacist or 5 it's still super slow other than that np issue

This pharmacy has continued to get worse and worse over the years. It's gotten so bad now I won't continue to use them..They are the slowest and most unhelpful of any other local pharmacy that I've had to deal with. I just stuck around because I've been going there for many years but the rapid decline in customer service and care cannot be overlooked anymore. Shame on Giant for letting this continue.

The pharmacy tech here speaks to everyone as if they're children, literally. It's disrespectful and unprofessional. If that was the only issues, I may just ignore the personality quirks. What's not OK is being told that I can pick up there medication the next morning only to find that it's not even processed. I was told to have a seat and wait a few minutes. When I asked about the status 20-mins later, the pharmacist tells me they actually only have a partial fill available and I'd have to come back to get the rest. No apology or explanation from the pharmacist or the tech. The same tech denies she spoke with us the prior day and deflects responsibility. Poorly managed store through and through.

Good morning. The Lady/ Supervisor was so pleasant and helpful to me . Had trouble w the coinstar machine. Both Ladies came. Supervisor found me in store and handed me my second ticket that I left.

The lines long sometimes. I just wish there were 2 people upfront sometimes. Even when one is upfront struggling, no one from the back comes up and help speed things up. Nevertheless, I understand and can be patient unlike others. Other than the lack of staff, my prescriptions always ready when I go in

My husband and I take turns going here . I like it a lot .Convient to our home . It is a full service , large Giant ! And usually well stocked . I do not see a need to go elsewhere . Love my Giant

Waited in line 15 minutes to turn a prescription. Only 1 clerk on duty, when she realized I was waiting in line to just turn in a script she waited on the person behind me who was picking up a number of prescriptions instead. Why? She was working under the sign that said drop offs so I thought I had to wait in the regular line. So confusing.I am in their system. Once she took my paper prescriptions. Took 2 minutes to turn them in. Now I remember why I use CATONSVILLE PHARMACY and/or Walgreens. Better efficiency and svc.I feel for the clerk working alone. But u don’t wait on the person behind me. That makes no sense to make someone wait longer. SMH!!!

Prescription wait time was unacceptable. 5 people in line for pickup and lady at the register is chatting with patient at the counter like old friends.

There is a man that work there and he’s very disrespectful to the staff every time I come there and he’s there, It’s a very unpleasant experience. He’s rude and nasty to the women that work there. I seen him with my own eyes assault one of the staff that was a woman.

Please for your health and sanity DO NOT use this pharmacy if you care about service and on time pharmacy.They tell you “45 min” to fill your prescription. Come back 3 hours later, and the make you wait 45 min while your prescription is being filled.Choose another pharmacy

I had signed up for text notification when prescription was ready for me to pick. Over the last 3 month's I have received test messages that prescriptions were ready for me to pick up when were to the store on Wilkens Ave. I was told I had no prescriptions there I decided today to get paper prescriptions and take them myself to the pharmacy to be filled. I will not have refills done just get a 3-month supply at a time.

Signs all over the store saying that they are hiring but I have applied multiple times and have never been contacted for an interview. Very disappointing.
