WORST pharmacy ever. This has been my pharmacy for years and two years ago I switched insurance and updated it with the pharmacy. Everytime I went to pick up medication it suddenly cost me way more than I was used to, so I’d always ask the pharmacist or cashier how the medication could be so expensive with my health insurance plan? They always assured me they were running it through my health insurance and that’s just what it was. One day a new pharmacist started that I’d never seen before and asked me if I had insurance and why wasn’t I using it? I was absolutely shocked when I explained to him I’ve provided my insurance and every time I get medication I ask if they’re using it because I know my medication is covered. He added my actual insurance and all my meds have been free since but I wasted THOUSANDS unnecessarily paying for medication while I’m already paying THOUSANDS for my health insurance.

The pharmacy is hit or miss. They will fill my prescriptions without giving me an update stating they can’t call every customer. Sometimes I call and can’t get through so I have to come in to get an update. I think they need a new system but it’s the most convenient place so I keep going ..

My mother and I love this store experience because there is one cashier that goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind she's a small in hight older woman and she always has a smile and kind words for she is the reason I will continue in this store

The store is okay, prices have risen to an extreme w/o considering the post pandemic, the markups have just run me out of the store. Also, I believe the app is not user friendly. I don’t order online there lately. I have a rewards card but, when I just want to browse their website, it constantly takes me back to past orders and limited viewing, this I didn’t understand. Therefore I don’t use it, when I can I visit the physical location.Del A.

Dan who said he was a manager and Erin who was tending the customer service counter.Very bad customer service and ppl skills.Came to the counter to use lottery machine, Erin claimed it was not working yet there was no sign posted??? So I went to use self service machine… when I brought my voucher to get unused money back; Erin initially ignored me and walked away from the counter when I came up to her; to put away some hand baskets??? Then walked over to a cashier held a conversation then came back over to counter. I handed her my voucher to retrieve my used money and she refused to give my money stating I can go somewhere else to retrieve it??? I asked for manager; which Dan came over and said machine was closed?? Which was it?Is it broke or closed?Why not just put signs up if you don’t want ppl to use things that you will not give service for? I won’t be shopping here again. These ppl needs to be pushing carts or scrubbing floors, not pretending to manage a multi million dollar corporation. No ppl skills, no problem solving skills, just ???? Fire these ppl so your sales can increase and get better trained professionals who can think their way out of a problem for customer satisfaction.
