He's not only incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but he's also super friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Whether you're a regular customer or a first-time visitor, George will make you feel welcome and ensure that you leave with exactly what you need. Coming from out of town in my semi truck, catch a Uber to this place just to get there and they closed at 7pm instead of the time they’re suppose to close which is 8pm. Seems like they needed to get off an hour early to go get drinks and party. Some people just don’t need to be in management. Do your job or quit so someone else can do it.

I am Alex and I had the best GNC store experience 4/28/2022 with store employee Grant (I think that was his name). I was hesitant about visiting the store again for more protein. To my surprise, when I immediately entered the store I was greeted with an amazing smile and how can I help you today. He quickly dropped what he was doing to assist me. The guy was the epitome of Hercules. Wow. He is the image of how I want to look, very muscular and low body fat. I said Sir I need some protein to help with my workout and what I have used in the past obviously did not work. He very professionally directed me to what could help me reach my goals. I had questions of course as to what the products had in its ingredients that would be most beneficial to me. Grant was so knowledgeable about the products and their ingredients to the point I was completely sold. Grant was not interested in just suggesting a bunch of expensive products but he wanted to make sure I knew what each product was and all of its ingredients. This kind of customer service is stellar. I was impressed and plan to buy a ton of more amazing products from this location 873 E Fort Avenue Baltimore MD 21230.

The dude working in there today had his sound on his computer loud as hell and he ain't great me as I walked in. But when others walked in he spoke to them. Like pay attention to who comes in your store. Didn't ask if I needed help or anyone else.

The salesmen were friendly, informative and patient with my husband and me. I'm extremely picky and they took the time to be sure I was pleased at the Glen Burnie and Fort Ave Stores.

I refuse to shop at GNC because of the extremely low pay GNC pays its employees. Consequently, GNC employees are forced to sell $90 magic caffeine pills instead of giving real nutritional supplements advice. PS-GNC will go bankrupt and it deserves too!

THIS GNC PROPERTY is the closest to me now due to the closures and subsequent buy out. This property is located in a strip mall sabdwich between ft. Mchenry and the inner harbor itself. Selection was somewhat pedestrian when it comes to protiens but presented an overall impressive variety. Again, no samples which is a disappointment but part of COVID implications and the GNC policy now. There was plenty of clearance marked products which i also find a plus since it gives you an opportunity to try something without taking out a second loan on your home. The staff was supremely supportive (yes, i am here to say that customer service is still "a thing") and knowledgeable. This is property is now officially "my GNC store" going forward.
