Renting with storagemart as been a great experience over the pass year I have been with them. Right from the first time I called to ask about rates. Great customer service they put me in the exact unit I need for the amount of stuff I had to store. I would definitely store with them again if I needed storage in the future. This place is definitely worth the price between the customer service they provide and the units they offer. Over the years I have dealt with. Many storage facilities for different reasons but this one has far been the best experience. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and anyone else that need storage that this is the place to use.

This place is a ripoff save your money go somewhere else price of my unit went up $70 in 4 months customer service was very ignorant the unit leaked water the gentleman said that's not my problem

I rented the storage unit sight unseen, and when I arrived it appeared the storage unit was used as a mechanic shop, greasy and dirty floor, with a few mice holes. Tenant did seal the mouse holes with foam but we shall see. My mistake was trusting in cleaniness. I also get taken advantage of by trusting, won't happen again. Lets see if the monthly rate rises-changes quickly

I had an awesome experience renting my unit @ Storage Mart. The Gentleman who waited on me called to see if I still wanted the unit as I was in route. Once I arrived I informed him I had my own lock and it was smooth sailing. Only issue is with keeping the outer door open while move items in and out of my unit. The price is right for the space I need. And it's secure. Thanks so much.

I needed an inexpensive storage unit and was able to make a reservation online and the very next day I was able to get my unit. The process was super fast and easy and the gentleman was so nice and very very fast. I’m extremely satisfied. And the prices were great.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would !! I went to the rosedale location to purchase a unit after comparing them to surrounding storage units and was able to get the LAST large unit available. I went back with 2 cars full to start unloading and come to find out when I called customer service about why my code wouldn’t work. I was told my unit was GIVEN AWAY. I was pressured into buying another unit which was 2x smaller and when I asked the property manager about compensation I was told I can get my unit back due to me being the only one that actually paid for the unit. The other person only reserved it. I had to go back on a hot day to reload and unpack my things that occupied the small unit into the larger unit I originally purchased and wasn’t granted any compensation for the negligence. I requested they waived a month but was told I could only get my money back for the small unit, which was a huge slap in the face. The property manager Shane hung the phone up on me several times and treated the entire situation as if I was the one wrong. DO NOT RENT HERE !!!! Also on top of all this the place is rat infested. I have a photo of a huge rat hole that was in my unit that I had to request be closed before I left. Smh, worse experience ever! 0/10 would never recommend!!!!
